Internal Communications Protocols. In addition to the rights set forth elsewhere in this Agreement, until the Non-Control Date, the Company agrees to consult with NAB prior to issuing any internal communications which could reasonably be expected to be material to NAB or to NAB’s control of the Company for purposes of the BHC Act.
