Internal Communications Protocols. In addition to the rights set forth elsewhere in this Agreement, until the Non-Control Date, the Company agrees to consult with BNPP prior to issuing any internal communications which could reasonably be expected to be material to BNPP or to BNPP’s control of the Company for purposes of the BHC Act.
