Common use of Internal Review Commission Clause in Contracts

Internal Review Commission. The Internal Review Commission shall be a six-member body consisting of three members selected by Oakland and three members selected by the Association. At least two of the three members named by each party must not have participated formally at any stage of the most recent review of the case to be considered. A new commission may be appointed for each case to be reviewed, and each commission shall be entitled to establish its own rules governing procedures and presentation of evidence.
