Common use of Internal Use and Distribution Clause in Contracts

Internal Use and Distribution. Solely for internal use and distribution by Licensee: (a) View, retrieve and display the Content; (b) Electronically save the Content only to the extent and for the time period necessary to use it for the purpose for which it was downloaded, but in no event longer than the Term, always allowing for usage as permitted in section 3.1.1 (e); (c) Distribute to employees of Licensee one-off selections of the Content in print format, with the source clearly identified; (d) Subject to the time limitations of section 3.1.1 (b), distribute to other Authorized Users one-off selections of the Content in electronic format, with the source clearly identified; and (e) Prepare, distribute only to employees of Licensee located within the Site, and indefinitely save a Precis, with the source clearly identified.
