International Calls originating on the PLMN. The parties hereby agree that the discount of 17% (seventeen percent) currently granted to Cell C on Telkom's retail tariffs for International Calls shall be increased to 25% (twenty five percent) with effect from 1 November 2001. Thus, the factor of ".83" as provided for in the formula contained in Part C of Appendix 6 to the Interconnection Agreement shall be replaced with a factor of ".75".
