INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS. 1. The report time and commencement of duty in an International destination will begin thirty (:30) minutes prior to departure time. 2. If the termination of duty is in an International destination, the release time shall be fifteen (:15) minutes after the actual block-in time of the last leg of that duty period.

A Flight Attendant on a rest period shall not be contacted prior to ninety (90) minutes before his/her originally scheduled report time. 2. A Flight Attendant on a rest period subsequent to flying a CDO (high speed) trip will not be contacted between one (1) hour after release time and one (1) hour prior to his/her next report time, unless requested by the Flight Attendant. 3. Nothing shall prevent the Company from attempting to contact a Flight Attendant in the case of an emergency or in an IROP situation where the Flight Attendant must be notified of a change or emergency situation immediately.
