International Linear Collider (ILC. XXX has expressed a clear interest in the U.S. hosting the ILC at a site on and/or near Fermilab. The Contractor will continue to perform the R&D related to the ILC as discussed under section C.4 (b)(3). The Contractor will also continue to coordinate with and support the Global Design Effort (GDE). In the event that the Department decides to pursue a bid to host the ILC at a site on and/or near Fermilab, the Contractor will play a major role in preparing the bid, including, but not limited to, providing data, analysis, community involvement, site studies, and other activities as directed by XXX.

If such Contractor, or any of the aforesaid affiliates of Contractor, is convicted or is otherwise found to have violated said laws or regulations upon the final determination of the United States Commerce Department or any other appropriate agency of the United States subsequent to the contract's execution, such contract, amendment or modification thereto shall be rendered forfeit and void. The Contractor shall so notify the State Comptroller within five (5) business days of such conviction, determination or disposition of appeal (2NYCRR 105.4).

  • International Processing 8.1. Conditions for International Processing SAP shall be entitled to process Personal Data, including by using Subprocessors, in accordance with this DPA outside the country in which the Customer is located as permitted under Data Protection Law.
