None of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries own, and have not acquired or made any other expenditure (whether such expenditure is capital, operating or otherwise) in or related to, any Oil and Gas Properties located outside of the geographical boundaries of the United States or in the offshore federal waters of the United States of America.
International Operations. None of the Loan Parties own, and have not acquired or made any other expenditure (whether such expenditure is capital, operating or otherwise) in or related to, any Oil and Gas Properties located outside of the geographical boundaries of the United States or the offshore state or federal waters of the United States of America.
International Operations. Employees, officers and directors operating outside of Canada and the United States have a special responsibility to know and obey the laws and regulations of countries where they act for Biovail. Customs vary throughout the world, but all employees, officers and directors must uphold the integrity of Biovail in other nations diligently.
International Operations. The aircraft may be flown to a foreign country only if the pilot makes the required documentary arrangements for the trip. Insurance necessary to comply with the destination country's laws must be arranged at the sole expense of the pilot prior to entering the airspace of that country. Under no circumstances will a country not honoring U.S. passports be entered.
International Operations a. A Crew Member will not be scheduled to exceed three (3) landings, as part of an operating crew, in a Duty Period. This limitation may be exceeded by one (1) landing with the concurrence of the Local Union President, such concurrence not to be unreasonably withheld.
b. The landing limitations in this Article 12.B.2. may be increased by one (1) landing for operational reasons.
c. Any Duty Day in excess of fourteen (14) hours with more than two landings will require a minimum of two Captains.
d. For purposes of this Article 12.B.2., “International” shall mean any flights that do not meet the definition of “Domestic” in Article 12.B.1.f., above.

If you are from a country outside of the United States of America with laws governing data collection, use, and disclosure that may differ from U.S. law and you provide personal information to Brandzooka, please note that any personal information that you provide to Brandzooka may be transferred to the United States of America. By providing your personal information, you hereby specifically and expressly consent to such transfer and processing and the collection, use, and disclosure set forth herein or in any terms and conditions related to the use of and access to the Platform. Where we transfer your personal information from the EEA to recipients located outside the EEA who are not in a jurisdiction that has been formally designated by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of protection to receive personal information, we do so on the basis of standard contractual clauses.
