Common use of International Play Clause in Contracts

International Play. (1) Definition International play is defined as any game or series of games played by a Club or Clubs (or a group or groups of Players, such as All-Star squads) (a) outside the United States and Canada; or (b) within or without the United States or Canada against a foreign club or clubs. Championship season, All-Star, Division Series, League Championship Series and World Series games played in the United States and/or Canada shall not be considered international play.
