INTERNATIONAL EVENTS. 6.1 Notwithstanding the licence granted in clause 5, the Minister may use the Adelaide Oval Core Area for the purpose of staging any International Event in priority to any use by SANFL pursuant to this Deed, including in priority to a Prescribed Football Event.

INTERNATIONAL EVENTS. 6.1 Notwithstanding the licence granted in clause 5, the Minister may use the Adelaide Oval Core Area for the purpose of staging any International Event in priority to any use by SACA pursuant to this Deed, including in priority to a Prescribed Cricket Event. 6.2 The Minister must give not less than 2 years' written notice to SACA of an International Event to be staged at the Adelaide Oval Core Area during a Cricket Period, and such notice must specify the times that the Minister requires priority use of the Adelaide Oval Core Area for the purpose of staging that International Event. CSO 110775 / CXRIC 17 November 2011 6.3 Following the provision of notice by the Minister pursuant to clause 6.2, the Licence will be suspended, and the Minister will take control and possession of, and SACA must vacate, the Adelaide Oval Core Area (or such portion(s) of the Adelaide Oval Core Area required by the Minister), for the period or periods specified in the Minister's notice as required for the purpose of staging the relevant International Event except in respect of the SAGA Office, 6.4 An International Event shall include only such period of time as is required by the Minister or the relevant organizing body to have access to, and control of, the Adelaide Oval Core Area for the purpose of staging the relevant International Event. 6.5 The set up and installation, and subsequent dismantling and removal of any equipment and infrastructure which relates to the staging of an International Event, shall be undertaken in all things under the control and direction of the State. 6.6 At the conclusion of each International Event, the Minister must reinstate the Adelaide Oval Core Area to the same condition as it was prior to the commencement of the International Event as soon as reasonably practicable and possible, 6.7 Subject to clause 6.6, for the purpose of staging any International Event, the Minister may relocate any thing located within the Adelaide Oval Core Area (including the playing surface, but excluding any thing located within the SACA Office) to another area, whether within the Adelaide Oval Licence Area or otherwise, at any time during the period described in clause 6.4. 6.8 To the extent that the Minister takes control and possession of the Adelaide Oval Core Area for the purpose of an International Event pursuant to clause 6.3, the Minister releases SACA and its officers, employees, contractors and agents, to the full extent permitted by law, from all claims r...

Registry Operator may self-­‐allocate and renew such names without use of an ICANN accredited registrar, which will not be considered Transactions for purposes of Section 6.1 of the Agreement.
