International Regulatory Compliance. Tyco shall have the authority to adjust the treatment otherwise described in this Article VI in order to ensure compliance with the applicable laws or regulations of countries outside the United States or to preserve the Tax benefits provided under local Tax law or regulation prior the Distribution.
