International Services. Foreign carriers or regulatory agencies may impose, upon the portion of the end-to-end international service or facilities they provide, certain limitations or restrictions that may limit your ability use the Services. You must conform to any limitations or restrictions imposed by the foreign carriers or agencies. You are responsible for all Service charges. Foreign Carrier Acts or Omissions We are not liable for acts or omissions of other carriers or foreign telecommunications administrations. International calls are priced on the basis of the country and city codes you dial. We are not liable for refunds or damages if those calls do not terminate in the country, city or area codes associated with the called number. Collect Call and Operator Services We do not offer collect call or operator services via this Service. Additional Restrictions • You shall not use any Provider VoIP service: (1) for any unlawful purpose; (2) for making telephone calls that use automatic dialing devices and terminate into electronic information services, pay-per-call services, or other domestic or international audiotext services; or (3) for international call-back offerings using uncompleted call signaling to any country, when that country has prohibited such an offering by statute or regulatory decision. • We may (1) deny, for any lawful reason, your request for Service, or (2) limit or allocate the facilities available to or used by any Service, if necessary, to manage our network in an efficient manner; to meet reasonable service expectations; to furnish service to existing and future customers based on forecasted customer requirements; or for any other lawful reason. • We may, without notice (consistent with governing laws or regulations), block traffic to or from specific countries, country codes, cities, city codes, local telephone exchanges ("NXX exchanges"), individual telephone stations, groups or ranges of individual telephone stations, or calls using certain customer authorization codes, whenever we deem it necessary to take such action to prevent (1) the unlawful use of Services; (2) nonpayment for Services; (3) the use of the Services in violation of this agreement; or (4) network blockage or the degradation of service furnished to you or to other Provider customers. International Services. 3.8.1 Where a customer is a South African holding company (the Customer) which has an international subsidiary who will be the service recipient (Service Recipient), the holding company and the subsidiary are jointly and severally liable under the Contract Documents. In the event of the termination of one or more of the Service(s) pursuant to a breach of the Contract Documents by the Service Recipient, the Customer shall repay to the Supplier on demand all reasonable costs, which the Supplier incurs as a result of the Service Recipient’s failure to comply with the Contract Documents or any cancellation hereof. 3.8.2 For example, where the Customer’s international subsidiary contracts for a connectivity service outside of South Africa and should the international subsidiary breach any contractual terms i.e. non-payment, the South African Holding Company as the Customer will liable for the Service Recipient’s contractual commitments.

When the facilities of other U.S. or ex-U.S. carriers are used in establishing connections to points not reached by BluIP's network, BluIP is not liable for refunds or damages if those calls do not terminate in the country, city or area codes associated with the called number.
International Services. 7.1 Lambda Alpha shall provide to the Chapter a structure of organization and resource for communicating between the members of Lambda Alpha and its constituent chapters. In this regard, Lambda Alpha shall provide research, newsletter and website information on events and affairs of the organizations and advice for the use of its members and for the general betterment for the purposes of Lambda Alpha. In turn, the Chapter shall institute a program and conduct such activities for the education, participation, camaraderie and benefit of its members commensurate with the abilities of the Chapter and consistent with Chapter purposes and defined herein. General communications to Chapter members shall be copied to the International Executive Director to the end of establishing a mechanism for notice and communication of Chapter resources and activities to all members of Lambda Alpha for their use, education and benefit. 7.2 It is the responsibility of the Chapter to budget, delegate and provide for the attendance of Chapter representatives at the meetings of International and the International Congress of Lambda Alpha, for the purposes of the election of officers and for reporting the activities of the Chapter and for participating in the shaping and determination of the affairs and business of Lambda Alpha. 7.3 Lambda Alpha shall prepare and the Chapter shall receive, review and amend its By-laws in accordance and to be consistent with those prepared as the standard Chapter By-laws prepared by Lambda Alpha, as amended from time to time.
