International Services. Foreign carriers or regulatory agencies may impose, upon the portion of the end-to-end international service or facilities they provide, certain limitations or restrictions that may limit your ability use the Services. You must conform to any limitations or restrictions imposed by the foreign carriers or agencies. You are responsible for all Service charges. Foreign Carrier Acts or Omissions We are not liable for acts or omissions of other carriers or foreign telecommunications administrations. International calls are priced on the basis of the country and city codes you dial. We are not liable for refunds or damages if those calls do not terminate in the country, city or area codes associated with the called number. Collect Call and Operator Services We do not offer collect call or operator services via this Service. Additional Restrictions • You shall not use any Provider VoIP service: (1) for any unlawful purpose; (2) for making telephone calls that use automatic dialing devices and terminate into electronic information services, pay-per-call services, or other domestic or international audiotext services; or (3) for international call-back offerings using uncompleted call signaling to any country, when that country has prohibited such an offering by statute or regulatory decision. • We may (1) deny, for any lawful reason, your request for Service, or (2) limit or allocate the facilities available to or used by any Service, if necessary, to manage our network in an efficient manner; to meet reasonable service expectations; to furnish service to existing and future customers based on forecasted customer requirements; or for any other lawful reason. • We may, without notice (consistent with governing laws or regulations), block traffic to or from specific countries, country codes, cities, city codes, local telephone exchanges ("NXX exchanges"), individual telephone stations, groups or ranges of individual telephone stations, or calls using certain customer authorization codes, whenever we deem it necessary to take such action to prevent (1) the unlawful use of Services; (2) nonpayment for Services; (3) the use of the Services in violation of this agreement; or (4) network blockage or the degradation of service furnished to you or to other Provider customers. International Services. 3.8.1 Where a customer is a South African holding company (the Customer) which has an international subsidiary who will be the service recipient (Service Recipient), the holding company and the subsidiary are jointly and severally liable under the Contract Documents. In the event of the termination of one or more of the Service(s) pursuant to a breach of the Contract Documents by the Service Recipient, the Customer shall repay to the Supplier on demand all reasonable costs, which the Supplier incurs as a result of the Service Recipient’s failure to comply with the Contract Documents or any cancellation hereof.
3.8.2 For example, where the Customer’s international subsidiary contracts for a connectivity service outside of South Africa and should the international subsidiary breach any contractual terms i.e. non-payment, the South African Holding Company as the Customer will liable for the Service Recipient’s contractual commitments.
International Services. For Services provided outside the United States, Customer or its local affiliate may be required to enter into a separate local country addendum/agreement (as approved by local authorities) (“LCA”) with the respective CenturyLink affiliate that provides the local Service(s). Such CenturyLink affiliate will invoice Customer or its local affiliate for the respective local Service(s).

Foreign carriers or regulatory agencies may impose, upon the portion of the end-to-end international service or facilities they provide, certain limitations or restrictions that may limit Your ability use the BluIP Communications Service. You must conform to any limitations or restrictions imposed by the foreign carriers or agencies.
(ii) Foreign Carrier Acts or Omissions.
(a) When other U.S. or ex-U.S, carriers and ex-U.S. telecommunications administrations use facilities to establish connections to points not reached by BluIP's network, BluIP is not liable for acts or omissions of other carriers or ex-U.S. telecommunications administrations.
(b) International calls are priced on the basis of the country and city codes that You have dialed. When the facilities of other U.S. or ex-U.S. carriers are used in establishing connections to points not reached by BluIP's network, BluIP is not liable for refunds or damages if those calls do not terminate in the country, city or area codes associated with the called number.
International Services. 7.1 Lambda Alpha shall provide to the Chapter a structure of organization and resource for communicating between the members of Lambda Alpha and its constituent chapters. In this regard, Lambda Alpha shall provide research, newsletter and website information on events and affairs of the organizations and advice for the use of its members and for the general betterment for the purposes of Lambda Alpha. In turn, the Chapter shall institute a program and conduct such activities for the education, participation, camaraderie and benefit of its members commensurate with the abilities of the Chapter and consistent with Chapter purposes and defined herein. General communications to Chapter members shall be copied to the International Executive Director to the end of establishing a mechanism for notice and communication of Chapter resources and activities to all members of Lambda Alpha for their use, education and benefit.
7.2 It is the responsibility of the Chapter to budget, delegate and provide for the attendance of Chapter representatives at the meetings of International and the International Congress of Lambda Alpha, for the purposes of the election of officers and for reporting the activities of the Chapter and for participating in the shaping and determination of the affairs and business of Lambda Alpha.
7.3 Lambda Alpha shall prepare and the Chapter shall receive, review and amend its By-laws in accordance and to be consistent with those prepared as the standard Chapter By-laws prepared by Lambda Alpha, as amended from time to time. The Chapter shall forthwith upon the enactment of new or revised Chapter By-laws forward the same to Lambda Alpha for review and consideration by the International By-laws Committee charged with reviewing and reporting on the conformity of such By-laws to International. The Chapter 723321.3 (Rev. October 6, 2008) LAMBDA ALPHA INTERNATIONAL acknowledges that International, in accordance with its By-laws, shall have the right, subject to compliance with local laws affecting the Chapter, to prescribe uniform rules and procedures controlling the business and financial activities of the local Chapters, including but not restricted to record keeping requirements, reporting requirements and requirements related to the filing of proper tax or information returns.
7.4 This Agreement shall be known as the affiliation agreement as between the Chapter and International.
International Services. STW shall pay TELEKOM MALAYSIA a handling charge of [*] for every operator assisted call made by STW's subscribers through the PSTN. This is over and above the published PSTN rates charged for operator assisted calls which is payable by STW to TELEKOM MALAYSIA.

Due to existing contractual limitations with respect to distribution activities outside the North American Territory, Marvel is unable to make an Exclusive Election as of the date hereof. Accordingly, Marvel shall have the following options with respect to activities of Diamond outside of the North American Territory:
(a) Marvel may request that Diamond perform Basic Services in addition to PPC Services with respect to Products designated for sale outside of the North American Territory ("International Products"). Diamond's fee for such Basic Services in addition to PPC Services shall be a sum equal to * of Net Sales (as defined above) of International Products multiplied by the Cover Price (as defined above) of International Products and shall be payable in the same manner as the Basic Fee. Diamond's fee for the performance of PPC Services with respect to International PPC Products shall be as set forth in Section 3.1(d) hereof.
(b) In the event that (i) Marvel makes an Exclusive Election during the period commencing on the date hereof and ending 60 days following the date hereof (the "Initial Period") and (ii) from the Commencement Date to the date of effectiveness of such Exclusive Election, Marvel has acted as though an Exclusive Election had been made with respect to the North American Territory as of the date hereof, such Exclusive Election shall be treated for purposes of Section 3.5(b) and Section 3.5(d) hereof as though such Exclusive Election had been made on the date hereof.
4. INVOICES, REMITTANCE OF RECEIPTS, CREDIT RISK
International Services. 18.1) From time to time and at its sale discretion the Bank may offer additional benefits and services relating to the Card(s), such as a replacement service for Cardmembers travelling abroad. Such services are offered on a best efforts basis and the Bank shall have no responsibility for direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages in the event that they are not provided. The Bank may modify or discontinue, and/or impose such charges for these services as it shall determine from time to time an d at it s sole discretion.
International Services. (a) Some Services may be available outside the Republic of Ireland only if we have a roaming agreement with the foreign network (and these Services will be subject to different Charges). (b) The minimum charge for calls made abroad is one minute followed by one minute increments. ▇▇▇▇▇ received whilst abroad as quoted per minute above are charged in one second increments. To prevent misuse of the Services, we will disconnect your call after 60 minutes. After we have disconnected the call you will be able to set up a new call.
