Basic Services and Rates. Set forth below are the Company’s basic rates for listed services. The rates in Paragraphs C.1-5 and C.8 below on pages 4-6 and 9 may not apply if you have enrolled in an optional calling plan, but the rates in Paragraphs C.6- 7 and C.10 below on pages 6-13 will apply regardless of any optional calling plan in which you have enrolled.

  • Basic Services The Architect/Engineer’s Basic Services include all disciplines identified in Article 15 and all related usual and customary design, consultant, and other services necessary and reasonably inferable to complete the Project, or any phase of the Project, in accordance with the Owner’s requirements and the terms of this Agreement.

  • Basic Services Fee 6.1.1 For Basic Services, as described in Article 1, and including all disciplines identified in Paragraph 15.1 as part of Basic Services, Architect/Engineer’s fee shall be a negotiated Basic Services Fee to cover all costs and profit. 6.1.2 The Architect/Engineer’s Basic Services Fee will be based on the Amount Available for the Construction Contract identified in the Program of Requirements. 6.1.3 In multiple package projects, the Basic Services Fee for each package shall be determined in a manner agreed to by A/E and Owner. The Architect/Engineer’s total Basic Services Fee will be the sum of the basic services fees for all packages. 6.1.4 If the description of the Architect/Engineer’s Basic Services is changed materially, the applicable fee shall be adjusted equitably.

  • Standard Services As long as Tenant is not in default under any of the provisions of this Lease, Landlord shall cause the Leased Premises (in accordance with Section 12.3) and the public and common areas of the Building, including the lobbies, elevators, stairs, corridors and rest rooms, to be maintained in reasonably good order and condition consistent with the operation and maintenance of the Bank of America Building as a first-class office and retail building in downtown Bellevue, except for damage occasioned by any act or omission of Tenant or Tenant’s officers, contractors, agents, invitees, licensees or employees, the repair of which shall be paid for by Tenant. From 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on weekdays, excluding legal holidays (“Regular Business Hours”), Landlord shall furnish the Leased Premises with electricity for lighting and operation of low power usage office machines, water, heat, air conditioning and elevator service (the “Standard Services”). During all other hours, Landlord shall furnish the Standard Services, including elevator service as reasonably required to provide access to the Leased Premises, except for heat and air conditioning and lighting. If requested by Tenant, Landlord shall furnish heat and air conditioning and lighting at times other than Regular Business Hours and the cost of such services, as established by Landlord, shall be paid by Tenant in the same manner as provided in Section 5 above. Landlord also shall provide lamp replacement service for Building Standard fluorescent light fixtures, toilet room supplies, window washing at reasonable intervals and customary building janitorial service as part of the Standard Services, although no janitorial service shall be provided for Saturdays, Sundays or legal holidays. The cost and expense of any janitorial or other services provided or caused to be provided by Landlord to Tenant in addition to the services ordinarily provided Bank of America Building tenants shall be paid by Tenant in the same manner as provided for payment in Section 5 above.

  • Utilities and Services Tenant shall be responsible, at its sole cost and expense, for all charges for water, gas, electricity, sewer, heat, light, power, telephone, telecommunications service, refuse pickup, janitorial service, interior landscape maintenance and all other utilities, materials and services furnished directly to Tenant or the Premises or used by Tenant in, on or about the Premises during the Term, together with any taxes thereon. If any utilities or services are not separately metered or assessed to Tenant, Landlord shall make a reasonable determination of Tenant’s proportionate share of the cost of such utilities and services, and Tenant shall pay such amount to Landlord, as an item of additional rent, within thirty (30) days after receipt of Landlord’s statement or invoice therefor. Alternatively, Landlord may elect to include such cost in the definition of Project Costs in which event Tenant shall pay Tenant’s proportionate share of such costs in the manner set forth in Section 4.2. Landlord shall not be liable for damages or otherwise for any failure or interruption of any utility or other service furnished to the Premises, and no such failure or interruption shall be deemed an eviction or entitle Tenant to terminate this Lease or withhold or xxxxx any rent due hereunder. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if as a result of the direct actions of Landlord, its employees, contractors or authorized agents, for more than three (3) consecutive business days following written notice to Landlord there is no HVAC or electricity services to all or a portion of the Premises, or such an interruption of other essential utilities and building services, such as fire protection or water, so that all or a portion of the Premises cannot be used by Tenant, then Tenant’s Basic Rent (or an equitable portion of such Basic Rent to the extent that less than all of the Premises are affected) shall thereafter be abated until the Premises are again usable by Tenant; provided, however, that if Landlord is diligently pursuing the repair of such utilities or services and Landlord provides substitute services reasonably suitable for Tenant’s purposes, as for example, bringing in portable air-conditioning equipment, then there shall not be an abatement of Basic Rent. Provided Landlord shall diligently pursue the repair of such utilities and services, the foregoing provisions shall be Tenant’s sole recourse and remedy in the event of such an interruption of services. The foregoing provisions shall not apply in case of the actions of parties other than Landlord, its employees, contractors or authorized agents, or in the case of damage to, or destruction of, the Premises (which shall be governed by the provisions of Article XI of the Lease). Any disputes concerning the foregoing provisions shall be submitted to and resolved by JAMS arbitration pursuant to Article III of the Work Letter attached to this Lease. Landlord shall at all reasonable times have free access to the Building and Premises to install, maintain, repair, replace or remove all electrical and mechanical installations of Landlord. Tenant acknowledges that the costs incurred by Landlord related to providing above-standard utilities to Tenant (which shall only be provided upon Tenant’s request), including, without limitation, telephone lines, shall be charged to Tenant.

  • Prices and Services Billing 8.1 SCHEDULE OF PRICES AND TERMS Competitive Supplier agrees to provide Firm Full-Requirements Power Supply and other related services as expressly set forth herein in accordance with the prices and terms included in EXHIBIT A to this ESA, which exhibit is hereby incorporated by reference into this ESA.

  • Provider Services Charges for the following Services when ordered by a Physician for the treatment of an Injury or Illness.

  • Facilities and Services The Company shall furnish the Executive with office space, secretarial and support staff, and such other facilities and services as shall be reasonably necessary for the performance of his duties under this Agreement.

  • The Web Services E-Verify Employer Agent agrees to, consistent with applicable laws, regulations, and policies, commit sufficient personnel and resources to meet the requirements of this MOU.

  • Funding, Services and Reporting The HSP represents warrants and covenants that (a) the Funding is, and will continue to be, used only to provide the Services in accordance with the terms of this Agreement; (b) the Services are and will continue to be provided: by persons with the expertise, professional qualifications, licensing and skills necessary to complete their respective tasks; and in compliance with Applicable Law and Applicable Policy; and (c) every Report is accurate and in full compliance with the provisions of this Agreement, including any particular requirements applicable to the Report and any material change to a Report will be communicated to the Funder immediately.

  • Services and Facilities The Procuring Entity shall make available to the Service Provider the Services and Facilities listed under Appendix F.
