International Transfers. 14.1. MailerLite may transfer and process Customer Data anywhere in the world where MailerLite or its Sub-Processors maintain data Processing operations. MailerLite shall at all times provide an adequate level of protection (within the meaning of Data Protection Laws) for the Customer Data Processed, in accordance with the requirements of Data Protection Laws.
