Agreed Purposes. For the purposes of this agreement, Agreed Purposes refer to the following purposes:
(a) CEM to provide the services under this Agreement to the Client;
(b) without prejudice to paragraph (a) above, CEM to (i) develop assessments and other CEM services and improve on their quality and integrity, including the collection of statistics and other information relating to such assessments and other services for CEM’s future use and
Agreed Purposes for the Developer shall be: to enable the Developer to discharge its obligations under this Agreement; to enable ESCo to connect the Unit to the Heat Distribution Network and provide the Heat Supply to the Customer moving into the Unit; and to enable the Customer occupying the Unit to comply with the terms of their agreement with the Customer and the terms of their Residential Heat Supply Agreement with ESCo. Controller, data controller, processor, data processor, data subject, processing and appropriate technical and organisational measures: shall have the meanings given to them in the Data Protection Legislation in force at the time.
Agreed Purposes the performance of the parties' respective obligations under this Agreement.
Agreed Purposes. The entitlement of Experian to use the Company Data for the purposes of: • enhancing the databases used to provide the Services (if applicable); • any compliance with Applicable Law; and • in order to provide services similar to the Services to the extent permitted under the terms of the Credit Information Companies (Regulation) Act, 2005 and guidelines issued by the Reserve Bank of India.
Agreed Purposes. For the purposes of this agreement, Agreed Purposes refer to the following purposes:
(a) CEM to provide the services under this Agreement to the Client;
(b) CEM to develop assessments and other CEM services and improve on their quality and integrity, including the collection of statistics and other information relating to such assessments and other services for CEM’s future use;
(c) CEM to carry out marketing and market research, and provide training in order to improve on the delivery of assessments and other services;
(d) the Client to benefit from the services provided to it under this Agreement;
(e) the Client to offer and enable pupils to take CEM’s assessments; and
(a) the Parties to comply with their legal and regulatory obligations and to assist each other in relation to any exercise by a pupil of their rights as a data subject.
Agreed Purposes. (a) For the Agent to be able to make and process the Customer’s booking;
(b) For the Operator to fulfil its contract with the Customer in providing the Customer with their booked Travel Arrangements;
(c) For each party to comply with its respective obligations to the Customer;
(d) All associated administrative, marketing, accounting and legal requirements.
Agreed Purposes. Agreed Purposes. The Parties consider the sharing of Personal Data is necessary to support the following agreed purposes of the Parties:
2.1 First Customer Contact Limited (“First Customer Contact Limited”) agrees to share certain personal data with Northern to assist with investigating potential fraudulent compensation and refund activity on its routes (“Purpose”).
2.2 First Customer Contact Limited and Northern agree to share this data on a regular basis (such timeframe to be monthly initially, but the parties agree this could move to a higher frequency in due course).
2.3 Both parties will act as independent data controllers for the purposes of this DPA and are responsible for each complying with their own obligations under this DPA and under relevant data protection legislation.
2.4 Both parties will only provide personal data where there is a legitimate belief that it will help to further the Purpose. Personal Data provided by both parties should be used only for the Purpose – no other use is envisaged by First Customer Contact Limited in sharing this personal data with Northern.
2.5 Both parties agree that the Shared Personal Data will be used solely by those who need to know it.
2.6 The legal basis relied upon by both parties for sharing the personal data is legitimate interests for the purposes of fraud prevention and detection purposes.
Agreed Purposes. To manage BYL’s business relationship with you created by this agreement, including the processing of orders you receive from your customers and the delivery of Products pursuant to your customers’ orders, managing on your behalf, your orders with Suppliers, the collection of monies, and also the management of your customer returns, warranty and other claims against Products you have sold, and to support you as a Micro Retailer;
Agreed Purposes. (a) For the Agent to be able to make and process the Participant’s booking;
(b) For FSC to fulfil its contract with the Participant in providing the Participant with their booked Visit;
(c) For each party to comply with its respective obligations to the Participant;
(d) For each party to fulfil its legal obligations to the other under this Agreement;
(e) All associated administrative, marketing, accounting and legal requirements.
