Processing Locations. Customer authorizes Airship and its Sub-processors to transfer Customer Data across international borders, including from the EEA to the United States. Airship stores Customer Data in the United States or in the European Union, based on the selection made by the Customer as specified on the applicable Order Form. If no location is stated on the Order Form, Airship stores Customer Data in the United States. For purposes of providing the Service, Customer Data may transfer from the originating location of Customer Data to the Service located in the United States or the European Union, as applicable. Additionally, for purposes of providing the Service including technical support, error fixes and operation purposes, Customer Data may be accessed from or relevant parts of Customer Data copied to locations where Airship’s Affiliates are located.
Processing Locations. Customer acknowledges and agrees that MariaDB may transfer and process personal data to and in the United States and anywhere else in the world where MariaDB, its Affiliates or its Sub-processors maintain data processing operations. MariaDB shall at all times ensure such transfers are made in compliance with the requirements of Applicable Data Protection Laws and this DPA.
Processing Locations. MyClient Xxxxxx.xxx Limited stores and processes EU Data (defined below) in data centers located inside and outside the European Union. All other Customer Data may be transferred and processed in the United States and anywhere in the world where Customer, its Affiliates and/or its Sub-processors maintain data processing operations. MyClient Xxxxxx.xxx Limited shall implement appropriate safeguards to protect the Personal Data, wherever it is processed, in accordance with the requirements of Data Protection Laws.

Instabase may transfer and Process Customer Personal Data in the United States and anywhere else in the world where Instabase or Subprocessors maintain data processing operations. Instabase shall ensure that Customer Personal Data is adequately protected in accordance with the requirements of Applicable Data Protection Law and this DPA.

Campaign Monitor shall at all times ensure appropriate safeguards to protect the Personal Data processed, in accordance with the requirements of applicable Data Protection Laws

Rebilly may transfer and process Licensee Data to and in the United States and anywhere else in the world where Rebilly, its Affiliates or its Sub-processors maintain data processing operations. Rebilly shall at all times ensure appropriate safeguards to protect the Licensee Data processed, in accordance with the requirements of Data Protection Laws.

Customer acknowledges and agrees that Couchbase may transfer and process Customer Data to and in the United States and anywhere else in the world where Couchbase, its Affiliates or its Sub-processors maintain data processing operations. Couchbase shall at all times ensure such transfers are made in compliance with the requirements of Applicable Data Protection Laws and this DPA.

To the extend the Customer has specified a Data Center outside the European Economic Area and to the extend SiteGround provides the Services and related technical and other support, the Customer agrees that SiteGround may, subject to Section 5, access and process Customer Data in EEA, United States and any other countries where SiteGround and/or its Partners and Sub-processors have Data Centers, facilities or maintain data processing operations. If the storage and/or processing of Customer Data involves processing of Customer Data outside of the EEA, and the European Data Protection Legislation applies, the Customer agrees that SiteGround reasonably requires the Customer to enter into Model Contract Clauses in respect to such transfers in accordance with Section 5.2 and Appendix 1 and the Customer agrees to do so..
