International Union Approval. It is stipulated and agreed by and between the parties to this Agreement that the act of the Operative Plasterers and Cement Masons International Associations (hereinafter called International Association), in approving this contract as to form and substance, the International Association, its officers and agents, shall not in any manner thereby become a party to this Agreement nor is there any duty, liability or obligation imposed upon the International Association, its officers or agents, respecting the terms and conditions of this Contract in any manner whatsoever.
