Internet/New Media Access. The Parties acknowledge the worldwide accessibility of Internet websites, social media, mobile applications and other forms of new, electronic or digital media (collectively, “New Media”) and agree that the ability of persons to access New Media websites, pages, channels and other venues from outside such Party’s applicable territory shall not violate Section 2.1, provided that such Party complies with its obligations in this Article 4.
