Common use of Internet Payment Clause in Contracts

Internet Payment. If this is the case, then each Roommate’s responsibility to pay this bill must be documented using one of the two checkboxes in this area. Therefore either the “Shared Equally” box should be selected to indicate each Roommate will pay an equal part of the internet bill or, if different Roommates agree to pay different portions of this bill, the open-ended checkbox should be marked and the payment obligations for the internet bill assigned to each Roommate presented.
