Internet Presence/Website. The Contractor shall develop, host and maintain a website specific to CHIP. The Contractor shall provide general and up-to-date information about the Contractor’s programs, Provider Network, customer services, and Member and Provider Grievance and Appeals systems on a non-secure section of the website. PHI shall be accessible through a secure section of the website. The Contractor must have the ability to link to the State’s Medicaid Website. The website must comply with the Marketing policies and procedures, requirements for written materials described in this Contract, and must be consistent with applicable State and Federal laws. The Contractor shall submit website screenshots to the Division for review and approval thirty (30) calendar days prior to making the website available and as updated.
