Common use of Internet Requirements Clause in Contracts

Internet Requirements. a) The Agency shall have a functional computer system with Internet browser (Explorer 6.0 or greater) which is adequate to operate the Recipient’s approved EDMS. b) The Agency shall obtain and maintain high-speed internet access and a corporate e-mail account, with the capacity to transit attachments and data files, as required by the County. The Agency shall be solely responsible for any cost incurred relating to the Internet connection, including phone/data lines and associated monthly service.
