Common use of Interoffice Dark Fiber Clause in Contracts

Interoffice Dark Fiber. SBC-AMERITECH will provide dark fiber in the interoffice transport segment of the network as a network element to be provided on an unbundled basis. SBC-12STATE will offer its dark fiber to CLEC when CLEC has collocation space in each SBC-12STATE CO where the fibers terminate.
