Interpretation of. ‘the last year of the Term’ and ‘the end of the Term’ References to ‘the last year of the Term’ are references to the actual last year of the Term howsoever it determines, and references to the ‘end of the Term’ are references to the end of the Term whensoever and howsoever it determines.

Interpretation of. POLICIES In case of a question as to the applicability or interpretation of this Agreement, or if a question arises that is not clearly covered by this Agreement, the Dealer/Buyer shall timely refer the question to MTEE. The parties shall enter into deliberations and MTEE shall reach its binding conclusion taking into account the Dealer’s/Xxxxx’s views.
Interpretation of. ARTICLE 19.04 It is agreed and understood that Employees in the Vehicle Maintenance classification may accumulate the Four Hundred Dollars ($400.00) per year tool allowance during the three (3) year term of the Collective Agreement. That is, if Four Hundred Dollars ($400.00) in any year is not used, it may be carried forward to the next year.
