Time of Application. An application for leave of absence shall be made by the employee as far in advance of the date requested as is reasonably possible under the circumstances.
Time of Application. The Subcontractor shall submit progress payment applications to the Constructor no later than the Day of each payment period for the Subcontract Work performed up to and including the Day of the payment period indicating work completed and, to the extent allowed under the subsection below, materials suitably stored during the preceding payment period.
Time of Application. For each progress payment period, the Subcontractor will submit its progress payment application to Honeywell for the Subcontract Work performed to date no later than seven (7) calendar days prior to the date that Honeywell’s progress payment application is required to be submitted to the Owner under the Contract, unless otherwise agreed. To the extent allowed under Subparagraph 13.2.6 of this Subcontract, the Subcontractor may include in its progress payment applications to Honeywell materials and equipment suitably stored at the site or elsewhere for use in performance of the Subcontract Work.
Time of Application. Unless otherwise provided for in the Subcontract Documents or as mutually agreed between the Contractor and the Subcontractor, the Subcontractor shall submit progress payment applications to the Contractor no later than the 25th day of each month for Subcontract Work performed up to the end of that month indicating the Subcontract Work completed and, to the extent allowed under Subparagraph 7.3.4, materials suitably stored during the payment period.
Time of Application. The Contractor shall submit progress payment applications to the CZS no later than the 3rd calendar day of the month indicating work completed and, to the extent allowed under Article 5.2.3, materials suitably stored during the preceding month. Forms AIA G702 and G703 shall be used in submitting applications for both work completed and allowable stored materials. Applications received by the CZS after the due date will be submitted by the CZS in the following month’s application for payment to the Owner.
Time of Application. CH2M HILL shall designate the dates of each payment period. Subcontractor shall submit progress payment applications to CH2M HILL no later than the tenth day of each payment period for Subcontractor’s Work performed up to and including the last day of the preceding payment period indicating work completed and, to the extent allowed under Subparagraph 8.2.4, materials suitably stored during the preceding payment period.
Time of Application. For the purposes of calculating any Purchase Commission, payments or other funds received by Burdale will be applied (conditional upon final collection) in satisfaction or reduction of the Company's liabilities under the Finance Documents one (1) Business Day following the date of receipt of funds by Burdale in the Payment Account. For the purposes of calculating the Facility Limit such payments will be applied (conditional upon final collection) in satisfaction or reduction of the Company's liabilities under the Finance Documents on the Business Day of receipt by Burdale in the Payment Account, provided that such payments are received within sufficient time (in accordance with Burdale's usual and customary practices as in effect from time to time) to credit the Company's loan and receivable and foreign exchange account on such day, and if not, then on the next Business Day.
Time of Application. You must make your application either:
3.2.1 at the time you purchase your Eligible Device; or
3.2.2 up to 30 days after you purchase your Eligible Device, subject to the following:
(a) provision of proof of purchase of your Eligible Device through the Samsung Care+ Portal;
(b) confirmation that your Eligible Device is in your possession and in good working order by way of an Eligibility Declaration and by passing a Device Health Check review.

For each progress payment period, the Subcontractor shall submit its progress payment application to the Contractor for the Subcontract Work performed to date no later than seven (7) calendar days prior to the date that the Contractor’s progress payment application is required to be submitted to the Owner under the Contract, unless otherwise agreed. Time of Application. (a) An employee may not apply for tenure before her/his PY6. The employee shall apply for promotion to Associate Professor at the same time that she/he applies for tenure.
(b) All employees shall be placed in PY1 at the time of initial appointment.
