Common use of Interpretation of Project Plans and Specifications Clause in Contracts

Interpretation of Project Plans and Specifications. The AE will be the interpreter of the requirements of the Project Plans and Specifications. Upon receipt of comments or objections by CM or Owner, the AE will make decisions on all claims, disputes or other matters pertaining to the interpretation of the plans and specifications. The AE's decisions in matters relating to artistic effect will be final if consistent with the Project Plans and Specifications.
