Common use of Interpretations and Clarifications Clause in Contracts

Interpretations and Clarifications. The CONSULTANT shall issue necessary interpretations and clarifications of the drawings and specifications and in connection therewith prepare work directive changes and change orders as required. In addition, the CONSULTANT shall respond, in writing, to all "Requests for Information" (RFI). All RFIs and responses thereto shall be submitted to the CITY.
