Project Management System. 1.6.1 For projects with an Approved Construction Budget greater than ten million and 00/100 Dollars ($10,000,000.00), or as directed by the Owner, the Professional shall provide all project scheduling deliverables from the current versions of Primavera P6 ™. The Owner will provide the Professional with templates to be used in the generation of the project schedule(s). In addition, the Professional shall use the current version of Primavera Contract Management ™ (the Project Management System) in accordance with the Owner’s protocol to manage all project-related correspondence, transmittals, meeting minutes, requests for information, deliverables, daily logs, project costs, change management and reporting. 1.6.2 The Owner may direct the Professional to provide all the Project Management System functions of Paragraph 1.6.1 of this Chapter Two from available web- based and/or Application Service Provider (ASP) system(s) as selected by the Owner.

Project Management System. (a) The Participants must: (1) prepare a project management system which contains the systems and plans, and complies with the requirements, set out in Schedule 12; (2) provide each system and plan referred to in clause 19.10(a)(1) to the ALT or the Project Owner, as the case may be in accordance with the Governance Plan, within 20 Business Days of the date of this Agreement; and (3) obtain approval (which approval must not be unreasonably withheld) in respect of each system and plan from the Project Owner or the ALT, as the case may be, except to the extent that the requirement for such approval is waived by the Project Owner or the ALT, as the case may be. (b) Until the Participants have prepared a set of systems and plans satisfying the requirements of clauses 19.5(c)(1) and 19.10(a) (Project Management System), Works must not commence on Site. (c) If the Project Owner or the ALT does not approve a system or plan under the Project Management System, the Project Owner or the ALT, as the case may be, must provide reasons for such decision to not approve. The Participants will amend the relevant system or plan to address the Project Owner's or ALT's reasons and resubmit the relevant system or plan for approval. (d) The Participants must implement and comply with the Project Management System in performing the Works, except where non-compliance is directed by the Project Owner or the ALT in advance of such non-compliance. (e) The Participants must update and revise the Project Management System when necessary to do so as a result of any change in equipment, systems or procedures in performing the Works or when directed by the ALT. All updates and revisions to the Project Management System must be approved by the Project Owner or the ALT in accordance with the Governance Plan.

Services such as, but not necessarily limited to: submittal of design documents, submittal of professional services statements, review of Contractor submittals, review of Contractor pay applications, review of Request for Information (RFI), review of construction change orders, submittal of Request for Proposals (RFP), submittal of Designer Supplemental Instructions (DSI), etc. shall be processed through the Owner’s digital project management system, eBuilder.

The OWNER may direct the Construction Manager to provide all the Project Management System functions of Paragraph A of this Article from available web-based and/or Application Service Provider (ASP) system(s) as selected by the OWNER.

Project Management System. The Owner has implemented a web-based project management system to ensure that the Project is delivered on time and within budget. Contractor acknowledges that it has received a copy of the GGP/Proliance® Communication Specifications attached hereto as Exhibit E, and Contractor agrees to administer this Agreement and perform the Work in accordance with such Proliance® Specifications. At Owner’s option, Owner may replace Proliance® at any time with an alternative project management system, in which case all references in this Agreement to Proliance® shall be deemed to refer to such alternate system. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, Owner may, at Owner’s option, require that any documentation or communication required to be submitted via Proliance® by this Agreement be submitted by alternative means.

The Owner may direct the Third Party Scheduling Consultant to provide all the Project Management System functions for Primavera SureTrak TM or P6 TM of Paragraph a. of this Article from available web-based and/or Application Service Provider (ASP) system(s) as selected by the Owner. The Owner may direct the Construction Manager to provide all the Project Management System functions for Primavera Contract Manager TM and PMWeb of Paragraph a. of this Article from available web-based and/or Application Service Provider (ASP) system(s) as selected by the Owner.
