Common use of Interpreter Services Clause in Contracts

Interpreter Services. 6.11.1 The Contractor shall provide oral interpreter services to any Enrollee who speaks any language other than English or Spanish as his or her primary language, regardless of whether the Enrollee speaks a language that meets the threshold of a Prevalent Non-English Language. The Contractor is required to notify its Enrollees of the availability of oral interpretation services and to inform them of how to access oral interpretation services. There shall be no charge to an Enrollee for interpreter services.
