Interpreting Data Task. 1 Total phosphorus loads will be calculated (inflow and outflow of Wet Pond #1) and compared against the performance goal of 50% removal. This goal for removal applies to influent concentration ranges from 0.1 – 0.5 mg/L total phosphorus. Task 2 Total phosphorus concentrations and loads will be compared between upstream and downstream of the treated stormwater input location to Xxxxxx Creek. Continuous temperature monitoring data generated for each of the monitoring periods (October 1st, 2010 - March 31st, 2011 and April 1st, 2011 – September 30th, 2011) will be compared (upstream to downstream of the point of entry of stormwater), especially during the warmer months, for influence, if any, on temperature of the receiving water (Xxxxxx Creek).

  • Interpretation of Annexes 1. Where a disputing Party asserts as a defense that the measure alleged to be a breach is within the scope of a reservation or exception set out in Annex I or Annex II, upon request of the disputing Party, the Tribunal shall request the interpretation of the Commission on the issue. The Commission, within 60 days of delivery of the request, shall submit in writing its interpretation to the Tribunal.

  • Construction; References; Captions Since the Parties or their agents have participated fully in the preparation of this Agreement, the language of this Agreement shall be construed simply, according to its fair meaning, and not strictly for or against any Party. Any term referencing time, days or period for performance shall be deemed calendar days and not work days.
