Interprovincial Physician Compensation Report. (a) The parties recognize that the compensation of physicians and physician groups in British Columbia should, at least in part, be based upon the need to be competitive with other provinces for the recruitment and retention of physicians. (b) Pursuant to the 2007 Physician Master Agreement, a panel was assembled to produce a report on interprovincial comparisons and the panel produced such a report dated December 31, 2010.
