Interruption of Service and Construction. Subject to ORS 90, University Housing is not responsible for the continuation of mail, heating, maintenance, or security service at normal levels in the event of a natural disaster, strike, or lockout of public employees or suppliers' employees, power, water, or sewer interruptions from on- or off-campus sources, or in the event of other causal events beyond the control or reasonable anticipation of University Housing. University Housing is not responsible for construction noise or disruption.
