Common use of Interruption of Service Clause in Contracts

Interruption of Service. If required by Good Utility Practice or Applicable Reliability Standards to do so, the NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner may require Developer to interrupt or reduce production of electricity if such production of electricity could adversely affect the ability of NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner to perform such activities as are necessary to safely and reliably operate and maintain the New York State Transmission System. The following provisions shall apply to any interruption or reduction permitted under this Article 9.6.2: 9.6.2.1 The interruption or reduction shall continue only for so long as reasonably necessary under Good Utility Practice; 9.6.2.2 Any such interruption or reduction shall be made on an equitable, non- discriminatory basis with respect to all generating facilities directly connected to the New York State Transmission System; 9.6.2.3 When the interruption or reduction must be made under circumstances which do not allow for advance notice, NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner shall notify Developer by telephone as soon as practicable of the reasons for the curtailment, interruption, or reduction, and, if known, its expected duration. Telephone notification shall be followed by written notification as soon as practicable; 9.6.2.4 Except during the existence of an Emergency State, when the interruption or reduction can be scheduled without advance notice, NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner shall notify Developer in advance regarding the timing of such scheduling and further notify Developer of the expected duration. NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner shall coordinate with each other and the Developer using Good Utility Practice to schedule the interruption or reduction during periods of least impact to the Developer, the Connecting Transmission Owner and the New York State Transmission System; 9.6.2.5 The Parties shall cooperate and coordinate with each other to the extent necessary in order to restore the Large Generating Facility, Attachment Facilities, and the New York State Transmission System to their normal operating state, consistent with system conditions and Good Utility Practice.

If required by Good Utility Practice or Applicable Reliability Standards to do so, the NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner Distribution Provider may require Developer Interconnection Customer to interrupt or reduce production deliveries of electricity if such production delivery of electricity could adversely affect the Distribution Provider’s ability of NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner to perform such activities as are necessary to safely and reliably operate and maintain the New York State Distribution System and Transmission System. The following provisions shall apply to any interruption or reduction permitted under this Article 9.6.29.7.2: 9.6.2.1 9.7.2.1 The interruption or reduction shall continue only for so long as reasonably necessary under Good Utility Practice; 9.6.2.2 9.7.2.2 Any such interruption or reduction shall be made on an equitable, non- discriminatory basis with respect to all generating facilities directly connected to the New York State Transmission Distribution System; 9.6.2.3 9.7.2.3 When the interruption or reduction must be made under circumstances which do not allow for advance notice, NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner Distribution Provider shall notify Developer Interconnection Customer by telephone as soon as practicable of the reasons for the curtailment, interruption, or reduction, and, if known, its expected duration. If required by Good Utility Practice or Applicable Reliability Standards to do so, the NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner may require Developer to interrupt or reduce production transmission of electricity over the Merchant Transmission Facility if such production of electricity transmission could adversely affect the ability of NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner to perform such activities as are necessary to safely and reliably operate and maintain the New York State Transmission System. The following provisions shall apply to any interruption or reduction permitted under this Article 9.6.2: 9.6.2.1 The interruption or reduction shall continue only for so long as reasonably necessary under Good Utility Practice; 9.6.2.2 Any such interruption or reduction shall be made on an equitable, non- non-discriminatory basis with respect to all generating merchant transmission facilities directly connected to the New York State Transmission System; 9.6.2.3 When the interruption or reduction must be made under circumstances which do not allow for advance notice, NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner shall notify Developer by telephone as soon as practicable of the reasons for the curtailment, interruption, or reduction, and, if known, its expected duration. Telephone notification shall be followed by written notification as soon as practicable; 9.6.2.4 Except during the existence of an Emergency State, when the interruption or reduction can be scheduled without advance notice, NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner shall notify Developer in advance regarding the timing of such scheduling and further notify Developer of the expected duration. NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner Provider shall coordinate with each other and the Developer Interconnection Customer using Good Utility Practice to schedule the interruption or reduction during periods of least impact to the Developer, the Connecting Transmission Owner and the New York State Transmission System;Good 9.6.2.5 9.7.2.5 The Parties shall cooperate and coordinate with each other to the extent necessary in order to restore the Large Generating Facility, Attachment Interconnection Facilities, and the New York State Transmission System or Distribution System, as applicable to their normal operating state, consistent with system conditions and Good Utility Practice.

If required by Good Utility Practice or Applicable Reliability Standards to do so, the NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner may require Developer Interconnection Customer to interrupt or reduce production of electricity if such production of electricity could adversely affect the ability of NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner to perform such activities as are necessary to safely and reliably operate and maintain the New York State Transmission System. NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner Provider shall coordinate with each other and the Developer Interconnection Customer using Good Utility Practice to schedule the interruption or reduction during periods of least impact to the Developer, the Connecting Interconnection Customer and Transmission Owner and the New York State Transmission SystemProvider; 9.6.2.5 9.7.2.5 The Parties shall cooperate and coordinate with each other to the extent necessary in order to restore the Large Generating Facility, Attachment Interconnection Facilities, and the New York State Transmission System to their normal operating state, consistent with system conditions and Good Utility Practice. 9.7.2.6 Neither Party shall be liable to the other for damages of any kind in connection with any such curtailment, interruption or reduction.

Interruption of Service. If required by Good Utility Practice or Applicable Reliability Standards to do so, the NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner Provider may require Developer Interconnection Customer to interrupt or reduce production deliveries of electricity if such production delivery of electricity could adversely affect the Transmission Provider’s ability of NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner to perform such activities as are necessary to safely and reliably operate and maintain the New York State Transmission System. The following provisions shall apply to any interruption or reduction permitted under this Article 9.6.2: 9.6.2.1 The interruption or reduction shall continue only for so long as reasonably necessary under Good Utility Practice; 9.6.2.2 Any such interruption or reduction shall be made on an equitable, non- discriminatory basis with respect to all generating facilities directly connected to the New York State Transmission System; 9.6.2.3 When the interruption or reduction must be made under circumstances which do not allow for advance notice, NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner shall notify Developer Interconnection Customer and/or KIAC by telephone as soon as practicable of the reasons for the curtailment, interruption, or reduction, and, if known, its expected duration. Interruption of Service. If required by Good Utility Practice or Applicable Reliability Standards to do so, the NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner may require Developer to interrupt or reduce production transmission of electricity over the Transmission Project if such production of electricity transmission could adversely affect the ability of NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner to perform such activities as are necessary to safely and reliably operate and maintain the New York State Transmission System. The following provisions shall apply to any interruption or reduction permitted under this Article 9.6.2: 9.6.2.1 The interruption or reduction shall continue only for so long as reasonably necessary to: (a) protect its facilities from physical SERVICE AGREEMENT NO. 2216 damage or to prevent injury or damage to persons or property under Good Utility Practice; or (b) comply with Applicable Reliability Standards; 9.6.2.2 Any such interruption or reduction shall be made : (a) undertaken in accordance with applicable NYISO procedures and directives; and (b) undertaken on an equitable, non- non-discriminatory basis with respect to all generating transmission facilities directly connected to that part of the New York State Transmission SystemSystem owned by Connecting Transmission Owner; 9.6.2.3 When the interruption or reduction must be made under circumstances which do not allow for advance notice, NYISO notice or Connecting Transmission Owner shall notify Developer by telephone as soon as practicable of the reasons for the curtailment, interruption, or reduction, and, if known, its expected duration. Telephone notification shall be followed by written notification as soon as practicable; 9.6.2.4 Except during the existence of an Emergency State, when the interruption or reduction can be scheduled without advance notice, NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner or Developer, as applicable, shall notify Developer the other Party in advance regarding the timing of such scheduling and further notify Developer the other Party of the expected duration. NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner shall coordinate with each other and the Developer using Good Utility Practice to schedule the interruption or reduction during periods of least impact to the Developer, the Connecting Transmission Owner and the New York State Transmission System; 9.6.2.5 The Parties shall cooperate and coordinate with each other to the extent necessary in order to restore the Large Generating FacilityTransmission Project, Attachment Facilities, and the New York State Transmission System to their normal operating state, consistent with system conditions and Good Utility Practice, and in accordance with the directives of the NYISO.

If required by Good Utility Practice or Applicable Reliability Standards to do so, the NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner TrAILCo may require Developer NYSEG to interrupt or reduce production transmission of electricity if such production over the Watercure Line, and NYSEG may require TrAILCo to interrupt or reduce transmission of electricity could adversely affect over the ability Transmission Facility if either TrAILCo, NYSEG or the NYISO deems the interruption of NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner such transmission of electricity to perform such activities as are necessary be necessary: (a) for purposes of Good Utility Practice, to safely and reliably operate and maintain the New York State Transmission Systemprotect a Party’s facilities from physical damage or to prevent injury or damage to persons or property; or (b) to comply with Applicable Reliability Standards. The following provisions shall apply to any interruption or reduction permitted under this Article 9.6.2: 9.6.2.1 The interruption or reduction shall continue only for so long as reasonably necessary to: (a) protect its facilities from physical damage or to prevent injury or damage to persons or property under Good Utility Practice; or (b) comply with Applicable Reliability Standards; 9.6.2.2 Any such interruption or reduction shall be made on an equitable, non- non-discriminatory basis with respect to all generating transmission facilities directly connected to that part of the PJM Transmission System and New York State Transmission SystemSystem owned, respectively, by TrAILCo or NYSEG; 9.6.2.3 When the interruption or reduction must be made under circumstances which do not allow for advance notice, NYISO TrAILCo or Connecting Transmission Owner NYSEG, as applicable, shall notify Developer the other Party (and the NYISO) by telephone as soon as practicable of the reasons for the curtailment, interruption, or reduction, and, if known, its expected duration. Telephone notification shall be followed by written notification as soon as practicable;the 9.6.2.4 Except during the existence of an Emergency or Emergency State, when the interruption or reduction can be scheduled without advance notice, NYISO TrAILCo or Connecting Transmission Owner NYSEG, as applicable, shall notify Developer the other Party (and the NYISO) in advance regarding the timing of such scheduling and further notify Developer the other Party (and the NYISO) of the expected duration. NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner TrAILCo and NYSEG, as applicable, shall coordinate with each the other Party (and the Developer NYISO) using Good Utility Practice to schedule the interruption or reduction during periods of least impact to the Developerboth NYSEG and TrAILCo, the Connecting Transmission Owner and the New York State Transmission System;, and the PJM Transmission System; and 9.6.2.5 The Parties shall cooperate and coordinate with each other other, and the PJM and NYISO, to the extent necessary in order to restore the Large Generating FacilityWatercure Line, Attachment System Upgrade Facilities, and the New York State Transmission System, and the PJM Transmission System to their normal operating state, consistent with system conditions and Good Utility Practice, and in accordance with the directives of the NYISO and PJM.

Interruption of Service. If required by Good Utility Practice or Applicable Reliability Standards to do so, the NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner TrAILCo may require Developer NYSEG to interrupt or reduce production transmission of electricity if such production over the HC - FMR Line, and NYSEG may require TrAILCo to interrupt or reduce transmission of electricity could adversely affect over the ability Transmission Facility if either TrAILCo, NYSEG or the NYISO deems the interruption of NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner such transmission of electricity to perform such activities as are necessary be necessary: (a) for purposes of Good Utility Practice, to safely and reliably operate and maintain the New York State Transmission Systemprotect a Party’s facilities from physical damage or to prevent injury or damage to persons or property; or (b) to comply with Applicable Reliability Standards. Telephone notification shall be followed by written notification as soon as practicable; 9.6.2.4 Except during the existence of an Emergency or Emergency State, when the interruption or reduction can be scheduled without with advance notice, NYISO TrAILCo or Connecting Transmission Owner NYSEG, as applicable, shall notify Developer the other Party (and the NYISO) in advance regarding the timing of such scheduling and further notify Developer the other Party (and the NYISO) of the expected duration. NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner TrAILCo and NYSEG, as applicable, shall coordinate with each the other Party (and the Developer NYISO) using Good Utility Practice to schedule the interruption or reduction during periods of least 36 impact to the Developerboth NYSEG and TrAILCo, the Connecting Transmission Owner and the New York State Transmission System;, and the PJM Transmission System; and 9.6.2.5 The Parties shall cooperate and coordinate with each other other, and the PJM and NYISO, to the extent necessary in order to restore the Large Generating FacilityHC - FMR Line, Attachment System Upgrade Facilities, and the New York State Transmission System, and the PJM Transmission System to their normal operating state, consistent with system conditions and Good Utility Practice, and in accordance with the directives of the NYISO and PJM.

If required by Good Utility Practice or Applicable Reliability Standards to do so, the NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner may require Developer to interrupt or reduce production transmission of electricity over Y-88 and Y-66 if such production of electricity transmission could adversely affect the ability of NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner to perform such activities as are necessary to safely and reliably operate and maintain the New York State Transmission System. The following provisions shall apply to any interruption or reduction permitted under this Article 9.6.2: 9.6.2.1 The interruption or reduction shall continue only for so long as reasonably necessary as (a) protect its facilities from physical damage or to prevent injury or damage to persons or property under Good Utility Practice; or (b) comply with Applicable Reliability Standards; 9.6.2.2 Any such interruption or reduction shall be made : (a) undertaken in accordance with applicable NYISO procedures and directives; (b) in accordance with the Connecting Transmission Owner’s operating SERVICE AGREEMENT NO. 2515 instructions; and (b) undertaken on an equitable, non- non-discriminatory basis with respect to all generating transmission facilities directly connected to that part of the New York State Transmission SystemSystem owned by Connecting Transmission Owner; 9.6.2.3 When the interruption or reduction must be made under circumstances which do not allow for advance notice, NYISO or the Connecting Transmission Owner shall notify Developer by telephone as soon as practicable of the reasons for the curtailment, interruption, or reduction, and, if known, its expected duration. Telephone notification shall be followed by written notification as soon as practicable; 9.6.2.4 Except during the existence of an Emergency State, when the interruption or reduction can be scheduled without advance notice, NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner or Developer, as applicable, shall notify Developer the other Party in advance regarding the timing of such scheduling and further notify Developer the other Party of the expected duration. NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner shall coordinate with each other and the Developer using Good Utility Practice to schedule the interruption or reduction during periods of least impact to the Developer, the Connecting Transmission Owner and the New York State Transmission System; 9.6.2.5 The Parties shall cooperate and coordinate with each other to the extent necessary in order to restore the Large Generating FacilityY-88 and Y-66, Attachment Facilities, and the New York State Transmission System to their normal operating state, consistent with system conditions and Good Utility Practice, and in accordance with the directives of the NYISO.

The following provisions shall apply to any interruption or reduction permitted under this Article 9.6.2: 9.6.2.1 The interruption or reduction shall continue only for so long as reasonably necessary under Good Utility Practice; 9.6.2.2 Any such interruption or reduction shall be made on an equitable, non- discriminatory basis with respect to all generating and merchant transmission facilities directly connected to the New York State Transmission System; 9.6.2.3 When the interruption or reduction must be made under circumstances which do not allow for advance notice, NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner shall notify Developer Interconnection Customer by telephone as soon as practicable of the reasons for the curtailment, interruption, or reduction, and, if known, its expected duration. Telephone notification shall be followed by written notification as soon as practicable; 9.6.2.4 Except during the existence of an Emergency State, when the interruption or reduction can be scheduled without advance notice, NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner shall notify Developer Interconnection Customer in advance regarding the timing of such scheduling and further notify Developer Interconnection Customer of the expected duration. NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner shall coordinate with each other and the Developer Interconnection Customer using Good Utility Practice to schedule the interruption or reduction during periods of least impact to the DeveloperInterconnection Customer, the Connecting Transmission Owner and the New York State Transmission System; 9.6.2.5 The Parties shall cooperate and coordinate with each other to the extent necessary in order to restore the Large Generating Facility, Attachment Facilities, and the New York State Transmission System to their normal operating state, consistent with system conditions and Good Utility Practice.

Interruption of Service. If required by Good Utility Practice or Applicable Reliability Standards to do so, the NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner Distribution Provider may require Developer Interconnection Customer to interrupt or reduce production deliveries of electricity to or from the Generating Facility if such production delivery of electricity could adversely affect the Distribution Provider’s ability of NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner to perform such activities as are necessary to safely and reliably operate and maintain the New York State Distribution System and Transmission System. The following provisions shall apply to any interruption or reduction permitted under this Article 9.6.29.7.2: 9.6.2.1 9.7.2.1 The interruption or reduction shall continue only for so long as reasonably necessary under Good Utility Practice; 9.6.2.2 9.7.2.2 Any such interruption or reduction shall be made on an equitable, non- discriminatory basis with respect to all generating facilities directly connected to the New York State Transmission Distribution System; 9.6.2.3 9.7.2.3 When the interruption or reduction must be made under circumstances which do not allow for advance notice, NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner Distribution Provider shall notify Developer Interconnection Customer by telephone as soon as practicable of the reasons for the curtailment, interruption, or reduction, and, if known, its expected duration. Telephone notification shall be followed by written notification as soon as practicable; 9.6.2.4 9.7.2.4 Except during the existence of an Emergency StateCondition, when the interruption or reduction can be scheduled without advance notice, NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner Distribution Provider shall notify Developer Interconnection Customer in advance regarding the timing of such scheduling and further notify Developer Interconnection Customer of the expected duration. NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner Distribution Provider shall coordinate with each other and the Developer Interconnection Customer using Good Utility Practice to schedule the interruption or reduction during periods of least impact to the Developer, the Connecting Transmission Owner Interconnection Customer and the New York State Transmission SystemDistribution Provider; 9.6.2.5 9.7.2.5 The Parties shall cooperate and coordinate with each other to the extent necessary in order to restore the Large Generating Facility, Attachment Interconnection Facilities, and the New York State Distribution System and Transmission System to their normal operating state, consistent with system conditions and Good Utility Practice.

The following provisions shall apply to any interruption or reduction permitted under this Article 9.6.2: 9.6.2.1 The interruption or reduction shall continue only for so long as reasonably necessary under Good Utility Practice; 9.6.2.2 Any such interruption or reduction shall be made on an equitable, non- discriminatory basis with respect to all generating facilities directly connected to the New York State Transmission System; 9.6.2.3 When the interruption or reduction must be made under circumstances which do not allow for advance notice, NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner National Grid shall notify Developer by telephone as soon as practicable of the reasons for the curtailment, interruption, or reduction, and, if known, its expected duration. Telephone notification shall be followed by written notification as soon as practicable;notify 9.6.2.4 9.7.2.4 Except during the existence of an Emergency StateCondition, when the interruption or reduction can be scheduled without advance notice, NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner Distribution Provider shall notify Developer Interconnection Customer in advance regarding the timing of such scheduling and further notify Developer Interconnection Customer of the expected duration. NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner Distribution Provider shall coordinate with each other and the Developer Interconnection Customer using Good Utility Practice to schedule the interruption or reduction during periods of least impact to the Developer, the Connecting Transmission Owner Interconnection Customer and the New York State Transmission SystemDistribution Provider; 9.6.2.5 9.7.2.5 The Parties shall cooperate and coordinate with each other to the extent necessary in order to restore the Large Generating Facility, Attachment Interconnection Facilities, and the New York State Distribution System and Transmission System to their normal operating state, consistent with system conditions and Good Utility Practice.

Interruption of Service. If required by Good Utility Practice or Applicable Reliability Standards to do so, the NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner National Grid may require Developer to interrupt or reduce production of electricity if such production of electricity could adversely affect the ability of NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner National Grid to perform such activities as are necessary to safely and reliably operate and maintain the New York State Transmission System. The following provisions shall apply to any interruption or reduction permitted under this Article 9.6.2: 9.6.2.1 The interruption or reduction shall continue only for so long as reasonably necessary under Good Utility Practice; 9.6.2.2 Any such interruption or reduction shall be made on an equitable, non- discriminatory basis with respect to all generating facilities directly connected to the New York State Transmission System; 9.6.2.3 When the interruption or reduction must be made under circumstances which do not allow for advance notice, NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner National Grid shall notify Developer by telephone as soon as practicable of the reasons for the curtailment, interruption, or reduction, and, if known, its expected 37 SERVICE AGREEMENT NO. 1757 duration. Telephone notification shall be followed by written notification as soon as practicable; 9.6.2.4 Except during the existence of an Emergency State, when the interruption or reduction can be scheduled without advance notice, NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner National Grid shall notify Developer in advance regarding the timing of such scheduling and further notify Developer of the expected duration. NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner National Grid shall coordinate with each other and the Developer using Good Utility Practice to schedule the interruption or reduction during periods of least impact to the Developer, the Connecting Transmission Owner National Grid and the New York State Transmission System; 9.6.2.5 The Parties shall cooperate and coordinate with each other to the extent necessary in order to restore the Large Generating Facility, Attachment Facilities, and the New York State Transmission System to their normal operating state, consistent with system conditions and Good Utility Practice.

Interruption of Service. If required by Good Utility Practice or Applicable Reliability Standards to do so, the NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner may require Developer to interrupt or reduce production transmission of electricity over the Transmission Project if such production of electricity transmission could adversely affect the ability of the NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner to perform such activities as are necessary to safely and reliably operate and maintain the New York State Transmission System. The following provisions shall apply to any interruption or reduction permitted under this Article 9.6.2: 9.6.2.1 The interruption or reduction shall continue only for so long as reasonably necessary as (a) protect its facilities from physical damage or to prevent injury or damage to persons or property under Good Utility Practice; or (b) comply with Applicable Reliability Standards; 9.6.2.2 Any such interruption or reduction shall be made be: (a) undertaken in accordance with applicable NYISO procedures and directives; and (b) undertaken on an equitable, non- non-discriminatory basis with respect to all generating transmission facilities directly connected to that part of the New York State Transmission System;System owned by Connecting Transmission Owner; -25 SERVICE AGREEMENT NO. 2217 9.6.2.3 When the interruption or reduction must be made under circumstances which do not allow for advance notice, NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner shall notify Developer by telephone as soon as practicable of the reasons for the curtailment, interruption, or reduction, and, if known, its expected duration. If required by Good Utility Practice or Applicable Reliability Standards to do so, the NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner Distribution Provider may require Developer Interconnection Customer to interrupt or reduce production deliveries of electricity if such production delivery of electricity could adversely affect the Distribution Provider’s ability of NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner to perform such activities as are necessary to safely and reliably operate and maintain the New York State Distribution System and Transmission System. The following provisions shall apply to any interruption or reduction permitted under this Article 9.6.2:Connecting 9.6.2.1 The interruption or reduction shall continue only for so long as reasonably necessary under Good Utility Practice; 9.6.2.2 Any such interruption or reduction shall be made on an equitable, non- discriminatory nondiscriminatory basis with respect to all generating and merchant transmission facilities directly connected to the New York State Transmission System; 9.6.2.3 When the interruption or reduction must be made under circumstances which do not allow for advance notice, NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner shall notify Developer by telephone as soon as practicable of the reasons for the curtailment, interruption, or reduction, and, if known, its expected duration. The following provisions shall apply to any interruption or reduction permitted under this Article 9.6.29.7.2: 9.6.2.1 9.7.2.1 The interruption or reduction shall continue only for so long as reasonably necessary under Good Utility Practice; 9.6.2.2 9.7.2.2 Any such interruption or reduction shall be made on an equitable, non- discriminatory basis with respect to all generating facilities directly connected to the New York State Transmission Distribution System; 9.6.2.3 9.7.2.3 When the interruption or reduction must be made under circumstances which do not allow for advance notice, NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner Distribution Provider shall notify Developer Interconnection Customer by telephone as soon as practicable of the reasons for the curtailment, interruption, or reduction, and, if known, its expected duration. Telephone notification shall be followed by written notification as soon as practicable; 9.6.2.4 9.7.2.4 Except during the existence of an Emergency StateCondition, when the interruption or reduction can be scheduled without advance notice, NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner Distribution Provider shall notify Developer Interconnection Customer in advance regarding the timing of such scheduling and further notify Developer Interconnection Customer of the expected duration. NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner Distribution Provider shall coordinate with each other and the Developer Interconnection Customer using Good Utility Practice to schedule the interruption or reduction during periods of least impact to the Developer, the Connecting Transmission Owner Interconnection Customer and the New York State Transmission SystemDistribution Provider; 9.6.2.5 9.7.2.5 The Parties shall cooperate and coordinate with each other to the extent necessary in order to restore the Large Generating Facility, Attachment Interconnection Facilities, and the New York State Distribution System and Transmission System to their normal operating state, consistent with system conditions and Good Utility Practice.

Interruption of Service. NYISO Transmission Provider or Connecting Transmission Owner shall coordinate with each other and the Developer Interconnection Customer using Good Utility Practice to schedule the interruption or reduction during periods of least impact to the Developer, the Connecting Transmission Owner and the New York State Transmission System;the 9.6.2.5 9.7.2.5 The Parties shall cooperate and coordinate with each other to the extent necessary in order to restore the Large Generating Facility, Attachment Interconnection Facilities, and the New York State Transmission System to their normal operating state, consistent with system conditions and Good Utility Practice.

Interruption of Service. If required by Good Utility Practice or Applicable Reliability Standards to do so, the NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner TrAILCo may require Developer NYSEG to interrupt or reduce production transmission of electricity if such production over the HC - FMR Line, and NYSEG may require TrAILCo to interrupt or reduce transmission of electricity could adversely affect over the ability Transmission Facility if either TrAILCo, NYSEG or the NYISO deems the interruption of NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner such transmission of electricity to perform such activities as are necessary be necessary: (a) for purposes of Good Utility Practice, to safely and reliably operate and maintain the New York State Transmission Systemprotect a Party’s facilities from physical damage or SERVICE AGREEMENT NO. 2257 to prevent injury or damage to persons or property; or (b) to comply with Applicable Reliability Standards. The following provisions shall apply to any interruption or reduction permitted under this Article 9.6.2: 9.6.2.1 The interruption or reduction shall continue only for so long as reasonably necessary as (a) protect its facilities from physical damage or to prevent injury or damage to persons or property under Good Utility Practice; or (b) comply with Applicable Reliability Standards; 9.6.2.2 Any such interruption or reduction shall be made on an equitable, non- non-discriminatory basis with respect to all generating transmission facilities directly connected to that part of the PJM Transmission System and New York State Transmission SystemSystem owned, respectively, by TrAILCo or NYSEG; 9.6.2.3 When the interruption or reduction must be made under circumstances which do not allow for advance notice, NYISO TrAILCo or Connecting Transmission Owner NYSEG, as applicable, shall notify Developer the other Party (and the NYISO) by telephone as soon as practicable of the reasons for the curtailment, interruption, or reduction, and, if known, its expected duration. Telephone notification shall be followed by written notification as soon as practicable; 9.6.2.4 Except during the existence of an Emergency or Emergency State, when the interruption or reduction can be scheduled without with advance notice, NYISO TrAILCo or Connecting Transmission Owner NYSEG, as applicable, shall notify Developer the other Party (and the NYISO) in advance regarding the timing of such scheduling and further notify Developer the other Party (and the NYISO) of the expected duration. NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner TrAILCo and NYSEG, as applicable, shall coordinate with each the other Party (and the Developer NYISO) using Good Utility Practice to schedule the interruption or reduction during periods of least 36 SERVICE AGREEMENT NO. 2257 impact to the Developerboth NYSEG and TrAILCo, the Connecting Transmission Owner and the New York State Transmission System;, and the PJM Transmission System; and 9.6.2.5 The Parties shall cooperate and coordinate with each other other, and the PJM and NYISO, to the extent necessary in order to restore the Large Generating FacilityHC - FMR Line, Attachment System Upgrade Facilities, and the New York State Transmission System, and the PJM Transmission System to their normal operating state, consistent with system conditions and Good Utility Practice, and in accordance with the directives of the NYISO and PJM.

Telephone notification shall be followed by written notification as soon as practicable; 9.6.2.4 Except during the existence of an Emergency State, when the interruption or reduction can be scheduled without advance notice, NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner shall notify Developer DeveloperCon Edison in advance regarding the timing of such scheduling and further notify Developer DeveloperCon Edison of the expected duration. NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner shall coordinate with each other and the Developer DeveloperCon Edison using Good Utility Practice to schedule the interruption or reduction during periods of least impact to the Developer, the Connecting Transmission Owner OwnerCon Edison and the New York State Transmission System; 9.6.2.5 The Parties shall cooperate and coordinate with each other to the extent necessary in order to restore the Large Generating Facility, Attachment Facilities, and the New York State Transmission System to their normal operating state, consistent with system conditions and Good Utility Practice.

If required by Good Utility Practice or Applicable Reliability Standards to do so, the NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner may require Developer to interrupt or reduce production transmission of electricity over the Merchant Transmission Facility if such production of electricity transmission could adversely affect the ability of NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner to perform such activities as are necessary to safely and reliably operate and maintain the New York State Transmission System. The following provisions shall apply to any interruption or reduction permitted under this Article 9.6.2: 9.6.2.1 The interruption or reduction shall continue only for so long as reasonably necessary under Good Utility Practice; 9.6.2.2 Any such interruption or reduction shall be made on an equitable, non- non-discriminatory basis with respect to all generating merchant transmission facilities directly connected to the New York State Transmission System; 9.6.2.3 When the interruption or reduction must be made under circumstances which do not allow for advance notice, NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner shall notify Developer by telephone as soon as practicable of the reasons for the curtailment, interruption, or reduction, and, if known, its expected duration. Telephone notification shall be followed by written notification as soon as practicable; 9.6.2.4 Except during the existence of an Emergency State, when the interruption or reduction can be scheduled without advance notice, NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner shall notify Developer in advance regarding the timing of such scheduling and further notify Developer of the expected duration. NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner shall coordinate with each other and the Developer using Good Utility Practice to schedule the interruption or reduction during periods of least impact to the Developer, the Connecting Transmission Owner and the New York State Transmission System;the 9.6.2.5 The Parties shall cooperate and coordinate with each other to the extent necessary in order to restore the Large Generating Merchant Transmission Facility, Attachment Facilities, and the New York State Transmission System to their normal operating state, consistent with system conditions and Good Utility Practice.

Interruption of Service. If required by Good Utility Practice or Applicable Reliability Standards to do so, the NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner Grant PUD may require Developer Customer to interrupt or reduce production Curtail deliveries of electricity if such production delivery of electricity could adversely affect the Grant PUD's ability of NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner to perform such activities as are necessary to safely and reliably operate and maintain the New York State Transmission System. The following provisions shall apply to any interruption or reduction permitted under this Article 9.6.2Section 9.7.2: 9.6.2.1 9.7.2.1 The interruption or reduction Curtailment shall continue only for so long as reasonably necessary under Good Utility Practice, and Customer shall be notified as soon as practicable when the interruption or Curtailment is no longer necessary; 9.6.2.2 9.7.2.2 Any such interruption or reduction Curtailment shall be made on an equitable, non- non-discriminatory basis with respect to all generating facilities directly connected to the New York State Transmission System, taking into account Grant PUD’s legal, regulatory and operational constraints; 9.6.2.3 9.7.2.3 When the interruption or reduction Curtailment must be made under circumstances which do not allow for advance notice, NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner Xxxxx PUD shall notify Developer Customer by telephone as soon as practicable of the reasons for the curtailmentCurtailment, interruption, or reduction, and, if known, its expected duration. The following provisions shall apply to any interruption or reduction permitted under this Article 9.6.29.7.2: 9.6.2.1 9.7.2.1 The interruption or reduction shall continue only for so long as reasonably necessary under Good Utility Practice; 9.6.2.2 9.7.2.2 Any such interruption or reduction shall be made on an equitable, non- non-discriminatory basis with respect to all generating facilities directly connected to the New York State Transmission Distribution System; 9.6.2.3 9.7.2.3 When the interruption or reduction must be made under circumstances which do not allow for advance notice, NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner Distribution Provider shall notify Developer Interconnection Customer by telephone as soon as practicable of the reasons for the curtailment, interruption, or reduction, and, if known, its expected duration. The following provisions shall apply to any interruption or reduction permitted under this Article 9.6.29.7.2: 9.6.2.1 9.7.2.1 The interruption or reduction shall continue only for so long as reasonably necessary under Good Utility Practice; 9.6.2.2 9.7.2.2 Any such interruption or reduction shall be made on an equitable, non- discriminatory basis with respect to all generating facilities directly connected to the New York State Transmission Distribution System; 9.6.2.3 9.7.2.3 When the interruption or reduction must be made under circumstances which do not allow for advance notice, NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner Distribution Provider shall notify Developer by telephone as soon as practicable of the reasons for the curtailment, interruption, or reduction, and, if known, its expected duration. If required by Good Utility Practice or Applicable Reliability Standards to do so, the NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner may require Developer to interrupt or reduce production transmission of electricity over the Transmission Project if such production of electricity transmission could adversely affect the ability of the NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner to perform such activities as are necessary to safely and reliably operate and maintain the New York State Transmission System. The following provisions shall apply to any interruption or reduction permitted under this Article 9.6.2: 9.6.2.1 The interruption or reduction shall continue only for so long as reasonably necessary to: (a) protect its facilities from physical damage or to prevent injury or damage to persons or property under Good Utility Practice; or (b) comply with Applicable Reliability Standards; 9.6.2.2 Any such interruption or reduction shall be made be: (a) undertaken in accordance with applicable NYISO procedures and directives; and (b) undertaken on an equitable, non- non-discriminatory basis with respect to all generating transmission facilities directly connected to that part of the New York State Transmission SystemSystem owned by Connecting Transmission Owner; 9.6.2.3 When the interruption or reduction must be made under circumstances which do not allow for advance notice, NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner shall notify Developer by telephone as soon as practicable of the reasons for the curtailment, interruption, or reduction, and, if known, its expected duration. Telephone notification shall be followed by written notification as soon as practicable; 9.6.2.4 Except during the existence of an Emergency State, when the interruption or reduction can be scheduled without advance notice, NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner or Developer, as applicable, shall notify Developer the other Party in advance regarding the timing of such scheduling and further notify Developer the other Party of the expected duration. NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner shall coordinate with each other and the Developer using Good Utility Practice to schedule the interruption or reduction during periods of least impact to the Developer, the Connecting Transmission Owner and the New York State Transmission System; 9.6.2.5 The Parties shall cooperate and coordinate with each other to the extent necessary in order to restore the Large Generating Facility, Attachment FacilitiesTransmission Project, and the New York State Transmission System to their normal operating state, consistent with system conditions and Good Utility Practice, and in accordance with the directives of the NYISO.

Interruption of Service. If required by Good Utility Practice or Applicable Reliability Standards to do so, the NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner Grant PUD may require Developer Customer to interrupt or reduce production Curtail deliveries of electricity if such production delivery of electricity could adversely affect the Grant PUD's ability of NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner to perform such activities as are necessary to safely and reliably operate and maintain the New York State Transmission System. The following provisions shall apply to any interruption or reduction permitted under this Article 9.6.29.7.2: 9.6.2.1 9.7.2.1 The interruption or reduction Curtailment shall continue only for so long as reasonably necessary under Good Utility Practice, and Customer shall be notified as soon as practicable when the interruption or Curtailment is no longer necessary; 9.6.2.2 9.7.2.2 Any such interruption or reduction Curtailment shall be made on an equitable, non- non-discriminatory basis with respect to all generating facilities directly connected to the New York State Transmission System; 9.6.2.3 9.7.2.3 When the interruption or reduction Curtailment must be made under circumstances which do not allow for advance notice, NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner Grant PUD shall notify Developer Customer by telephone as soon as practicable of the reasons for the curtailmentCurtailment, interruption, or reduction, and, if known, its expected duration. Telephone notification shall be followed by written notification as soon as practicable;. 9.6.2.4 9.7.2.4 Except during the existence of an Emergency StateCondition, when the interruption or reduction can be scheduled without advance notice, NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner Grant PUD shall notify Developer Customer in advance regarding the timing of such scheduling and further notify Developer Customer of the expected duration. Interruption of Service. If required by Good Utility Practice or Applicable Reliability Standards to do so, the NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner TrAILCo may require Developer NYSEG to interrupt or reduce production transmission of electricity if such production over the Watercure Line, and NYSEG may require TrAILCo to interrupt or reduce transmission of electricity could adversely affect over the ability Transmission Facility if either TrAILCo, NYSEG or the NYISO deems the interruption of NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner such transmission of electricity to perform such activities as are necessary be necessary: (a) for purposes of Good Utility Practice, to safely and reliably operate and maintain the New York State Transmission Systemprotect a Party’s facilities from physical damage or to prevent injury or damage to persons or property; or (b) to comply with Applicable Reliability Standards. The following provisions shall apply to any interruption or reduction permitted under this Article 9.6.2: 9.6.2.1 The interruption or reduction shall continue only for so long as reasonably necessary as (a) protect its facilities from physical damage or to prevent injury or damage to persons or property under Good Utility Practice; or (b) comply with Applicable Reliability Standards; 9.6.2.2 Any such interruption or reduction shall be made on an equitable, non- non-discriminatory basis with respect to all generating transmission facilities directly connected to that part of the PJM Transmission System and New York State Transmission System;System owned, respectively, by TrAILCo or NYSEG; 37 SERVICE AGREEMENT NO. 2232 9.6.2.3 When the interruption or reduction must be made under circumstances which do not allow for advance notice, NYISO TrAILCo or Connecting Transmission Owner NYSEG, as applicable, shall notify Developer the other Party (and the NYISO) by telephone as soon as practicable of the reasons for the curtailment, interruption, or reduction, and, if known, its expected duration. Telephone notification shall be followed by written notification as soon as practicable; 9.6.2.4 Except during the existence of an Emergency or Emergency State, when the interruption or reduction can be scheduled without advance notice, NYISO TrAILCo or Connecting Transmission Owner NYSEG, as applicable, shall notify Developer the other Party (and the NYISO) in advance regarding the timing of such scheduling and further notify Developer the other Party (and the NYISO) of the expected duration. NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner TrAILCo and NYSEG, as applicable, shall coordinate with each the other Party (and the Developer NYISO) using Good Utility Practice to schedule the interruption or reduction during periods of least impact to the Developerboth NYSEG and TrAILCo, the Connecting Transmission Owner and the New York State Transmission System;, and the PJM Transmission System; and 9.6.2.5 The Parties shall cooperate and coordinate with each other other, and the PJM and NYISO, to the extent necessary in order to restore the Large Generating FacilityWatercure Line, Attachment System Upgrade Facilities, and the New York State Transmission System, and the PJM Transmission System to their normal operating state, consistent with system conditions and Good Utility Practice., and in accordance with the directives of the NYISO and PJM. 38

The following provisions shall apply to any interruption or reduction permitted under this Article 9.6.2: 9.6.2.1 The interruption or reduction shall continue only for so long as reasonably necessary under Good Utility Practice; 9.6.2.2 Any such interruption or reduction shall be made on an equitable, non- non-discriminatory basis with respect to all generating facilities directly connected to the New York State Transmission System; 9.6.2.3 When the interruption or reduction must be made under circumstances which do not allow for advance notice, NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner shall notify Developer by telephone as soon as practicable of the reasons for the curtailment, interruption, or reduction, and, if known, its expected duration. Telephone notification shall be followed by written notification as soon as practicable;Transmission 9.6.2.4 Except during the existence of an Emergency State, when the interruption or reduction can be scheduled without advance notice, NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner shall notify Developer in advance regarding the timing of such scheduling and further notify Developer of the expected duration. NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner shall coordinate with each other and the Developer using Good Utility Practice to schedule the interruption or reduction during periods of least impact to the Developer, the Connecting Transmission Owner and the New York State Transmission System; 9.6.2.5 The Parties shall cooperate and coordinate with each other to the extent necessary in order to restore the Large Generating Facility, Attachment Facilities, and the New York State Transmission System to their normal operating state, consistent with system conditions and Good Utility Practice.

Interruption of Service. If required by Good Utility Practice or Applicable Reliability Standards to do so, the NYISO or Connecting Transmission Provider and/or Transmission Owner may require Developer Interconnection Customer to interrupt or reduce production deliveries of electricity if such production delivery of electricity could adversely affect the Transmission Provider's and/or Transmission Owner’s ability of NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner to perform such activities as are necessary to safely and reliably operate and maintain the New York State Transmission System. Interruption of Service. If required by Good Utility Practice or Applicable Reliability Standards to do so, the NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner TrAILCo may require Developer NYSEG to interrupt or reduce production transmission of electricity if such production over the HC – FMR Line, and NYSEG may require TrAILCo to interrupt or reduce transmission of electricity could adversely affect over the ability Transmission Facility if either TrAILCo, NYSEG or the NYISO deems the interruption of NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner such transmission of electricity to perform such activities as are necessary be necessary: (a) for purposes of Good Utility Practice, to safely and reliably operate and maintain the New York State Transmission System. The following provisions shall apply to any interruption or reduction permitted under this Article 9.6.2:protect a Party’s facilities from physical damage or 9.6.2.1 The interruption or reduction shall continue only for so long as reasonably necessary to: (a) protect its facilities from physical damage or to prevent injury or damage to persons or property under Good Utility Practice; or (b) comply with Applicable Reliability Standards; 9.6.2.2 Any such interruption or reduction shall be made on an equitable, non- non-discriminatory basis with respect to all generating transmission facilities directly connected to that part of the PJM Transmission System and New York State Transmission SystemSystem owned, respectively, by TrAILCo or NYSEG; 9.6.2.3 When the interruption or reduction must be made under circumstances which do not allow for advance notice, NYISO TrAILCo or Connecting Transmission Owner NYSEG, as applicable, shall notify Developer the other Party (and the NYISO) by telephone as soon as practicable of the reasons for the curtailment, interruption, or reduction, and, if known, its expected duration. Telephone notification shall be followed by written notification as soon as practicable; 9.6.2.4 Except during the existence of an Emergency or Emergency State, when the interruption or reduction can be scheduled without with advance notice, NYISO TrAILCo or Connecting Transmission Owner NYSEG, as applicable, shall notify Developer the other Party (and the NYISO) in advance regarding the timing of such scheduling and further notify Developer the other Party (and the NYISO) of the expected duration. NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner TrAILCo and NYSEG, as applicable, shall coordinate with each the other Party (and the Developer NYISO) using Good Utility Practice to schedule the interruption or reduction during periods of least impact to the Developerboth NYSEG and TrAILCo, the Connecting Transmission Owner and the New York State Transmission System;, and the PJM Transmission System; and 9.6.2.5 The Parties shall cooperate and coordinate with each other other, and the PJM and NYISO, to the extent necessary in order to restore the Large Generating FacilityHC – FMR Line, Attachment System Upgrade Facilities, and the New York State Transmission System, and the PJM Transmission System to their normal operating state, consistent with system conditions and Good Utility Practice, and in accordance with the directives of the NYISO and PJM.

Interruption of Service. If required by Good Utility Practice or Applicable Reliability Standards to do so, the NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner may require Developer to interrupt or reduce production productiontransmission of electricity over the Merchant Transmission Facility if such production of electricity electricitytransmission could adversely affect the ability of NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner to perform such activities as are necessary to safely and reliably operate and maintain the New York State Transmission System. The following provisions shall apply to any interruption or reduction permitted under this Article 9.6.2: 9.6.2.1 The interruption or reduction shall continue only for so long as reasonably necessary under Good Utility Practice; 9.6.2.2 Any such interruption or reduction shall be made on an equitable, non- discriminatory basis with respect to all generating generatingmerchant transmission facilities directly connected to the New York State Transmission System; 9.6.2.3 When the interruption or reduction must be made under circumstances which do not allow for advance notice, NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner shall notify Developer by telephone as soon as practicable of the reasons for the curtailment, interruption, or reduction, and, if known, its expected duration. If required by Good Utility Practice or Applicable Reliability Standards to do so, the NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner Operating Agent may require Developer Interconnection Customer to interrupt or reduce production deliveries of electricity if such production delivery of electricity could adversely affect the Operating Agent's ability of NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner to perform such activities as are necessary to safely and reliably operate and maintain the New York State Transmission System. The following provisions shall apply to any interruption or reduction permitted under this Article 9.6.29.7.2: 9.6.2.1 9.7.2.1 The interruption or reduction shall continue only for so long as reasonably necessary under Good Utility Practice; 9.6.2.2 9.7.2.2 Any such interruption or reduction shall be made on an equitable, non- discriminatory basis with respect to all generating facilities directly connected to the New York State Transmission System; 9.6.2.3 9.7.2.3 When the interruption or reduction must be made under circumstances which do not allow for advance notice, NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner the Operating Agent shall notify Developer Interconnection Customer by telephone as soon as practicable of the reasons for the curtailment, interruption, or reduction, and, if known, its expected duration. Telephone notification shall be followed by written notification as soon as practicable; 9.6.2.4 9.7.2.4 Except during the existence of an Emergency StateCondition, when the interruption or reduction can be scheduled without advance notice, NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner Operating Agent shall notify Developer Interconnection Customer in advance regarding the timing of such scheduling and further notify Developer Interconnection Customer of the expected duration. NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner Operating Agent shall coordinate with each other and the Developer Interconnection Customer using Good Utility Practice to schedule the interruption or reduction during periods of least impact to the Developer, the Connecting Transmission Owner Interconnection Customer and the New York State Transmission System;; and 9.6.2.5 9.7.2.5 The Parties shall cooperate and coordinate with each other to the extent necessary in order to restore the Large Generating Facility, Attachment Interconnection Facilities, and the New York State Transmission System to their normal operating state, consistent with system conditions and Good Utility Practice.

If required by Good Utility Practice or Applicable Reliability Standards to do so, the NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner may require Developer RG&E to interrupt or reduce production transmission of electricity if such production of electricity could adversely affect over the ability of NYISO Transmission Facility and RG&E may require Connecting Transmission Owner to perform such activities as are necessary to safely and reliably operate and maintain the New York State Transmission System. The following provisions shall apply to any interruption interrupt or reduction permitted under this Article 9.6.2:reduce transmission of 9.6.2.1 The interruption or reduction shall continue only for so long as reasonably necessary to: (a) protect its facilities from physical damage or to prevent injury or damage to persons or property under Good Utility Practice; or (b) comply with Applicable Reliability Standards; 9.6.2.2 Any such interruption or reduction shall be made on an equitable, non- non-discriminatory basis with respect to all generating transmission facilities directly connected to that part of the New York State Transmission SystemSystem owned by Connecting Transmission Owner or RG&E; 9.6.2.3 When the interruption or reduction must be made under circumstances which do not allow for advance notice, NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner or RG&E, as applicable, shall notify Developer the other Party by telephone as soon as practicable of the reasons for the curtailment, interruption, or reduction, and, if known, its expected duration. Telephone notification shall be followed by written notification as soon as practicable; 9.6.2.4 Except during the existence of an Emergency State, when the interruption or reduction can be scheduled without advance notice, NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner or RG&E, as applicable, shall notify Developer the other Party in advance regarding the timing of such scheduling and further notify Developer RG&E of the expected duration. NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner and RG&E, as applicable, shall coordinate with each the other and the Developer Party using Good Utility Practice to schedule the interruption or reduction during periods of least impact to the Developer, the Connecting Transmission Owner both Parties and the New York State Transmission System;; and 9.6.2.5 The Parties shall cooperate and coordinate with each other and the NYISO to the extent necessary in order to restore the Large Generating Transmission Facility, Attachment Facilities, and the New York State Transmission System to their normal operating state, consistent with system conditions and Good Utility Practice, and in accordance with the directives of the NYISO.

Telephone notification shall be followed by written notification as soon as practicable; 9.6.2.4 9.7.2.4 Except during the existence of an Emergency StateCondition, when the interruption or reduction can be scheduled without advance notice, NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner Provider shall notify Developer Interconnection Customer in advance regarding the timing of such scheduling and further notify Developer Interconnection Customer of the expected duration. NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner Provider shall coordinate with each other and the Developer Interconnection Customer using Good Utility Practice to schedule the interruption or reduction during periods of least impact to the Developer, the Connecting Interconnection Customer and Transmission Owner and the New York State Transmission SystemProvider; 9.6.2.5 9.7.2.5 The Parties shall cooperate and coordinate with each other to the extent necessary in order to restore the Large Generating Facility, Attachment Interconnection Facilities, and the New York State Transmission System to their normal operating state, consistent with system conditions and Good Utility Practice.
