Interruption of the supply. of the Multiplex Transmission Service (a) The Access Seeker acknowledges that there may be Interruptions to the supply of the Multiplex Transmission Service. (b) If there is an Interruption to the supply of the Multiplex Transmission Service then: (i) subject to clause 17.4, and to the extent permitted by law, the Multiplex Licensee is only liable for the direct loss suffered by the Access Seeker; and (ii) the Multiplex Licensee is not liable to the extent that the Interruption was caused or contributed to by an Excluded Event or a Force Majeure Event (as the case may be).
