Interruption or Termination. The City of West Plains and the Old Time Music / Ozark Heritage Festival shall have the right to interrupt or terminate any activity when in the sole judgment of the City of West Plains or the Old Time Music / Ozark Heritage Festival such an act is necessary in the interest of protecting the safety of the public.
