Interruption Order List. The Operator shall keep and update a list detailing the order of interruption in the supply of Natural Gas in the event of an Emergency or Day of Limited Transfer Capacity (Interruption Order List). In particular, in the event that a State of Emergency or Day of Limited Transfer Capacity is proved to have been the result of reduced deliveries of Natural Gas from a User of Stated Transit, the Operator shall equally limit the Quantities of Natural Gas that that Transfer User receives at an ESFA Point of Exit intended for transit.
