Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Minimum Biennial Output is guaranteed as per the terms of this Agreement. Host Customer further acknowledges that it must retain a primary source of power from Host Utility.

Should Output be interrupted and reduced to such an extent that the Customer does not receive delivery of the Solar Electricity Quantity in a particular year, then the Customer shall only be held responsible for paying for actual electricity delivered to the Delivery Point.
