Common use of Interstate Private Line Service Clause in Contracts

Interstate Private Line Service. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will pay fixed monthly recurring charges ranging from $0.00 - $1,900.00 and per mile charges ranging from $0.00 to $8.75 with mileage ranging from 0 – 533+ miles for DS-1, DS-3 Linear and OC-Linear Interstate Private Line Service. Customer certifies that any private line circuit will carry more than 10% interstate traffic.

Interstate Private Line Service. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will pay fixed monthly recurring charges ranging from $0.00 - $1,900.00 and per mile charges ranging from $0.00 500.00 to $8.75 with mileage ranging from 0 – 533+ miles 18,125.00 for DS-1DS-3, DS-3 Linear OC-3 and OC-Linear OC-48 Interstate Private Line Service. Service at 15 Circuit IDs/Site location pairs mutually agreed upon by Customer certifies that any private line circuit will carry more than 10% interstate trafficand Company.

Interstate Private Line Service. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will pay fixed monthly recurring charges ranging from $0.00 - $1,900.00 and per mile charges ranging from $0.00 to $8.75 0.90 and fixed monthly recurring charges ranging from $0.00 to $200.00 with mileage ranging from 0 – 533224+ miles for DS-1, DS-3 Linear and OC-Linear DS-1 Interstate Private Line Service. Customer certifies that any private line circuit will carry more than 10% interstate traffic.

In lieu of any other rates and discounts, the Customer will pay fixed monthly recurring charges ranging from $0.00 - to $1,900.00 1,800.00 and per mile charges ranging from $0.00 to $8.75 with mileage ranging from 0 – 533+ miles 6.50 for DS-1, DS-3 OC-3 SONET Linear and OC-Linear Restoreable Interstate Private Line Service. Mileage Band range from 0 to 501+. Customer certifies that any private line circuit will carry more than 10% interstate traffic.. Maximum IXC charge per circuit is $1,800.00 Discounts:

Customer certifies that any private line circuit will carry more than 10% interstate trafficto 2,000+.

Interstate Private Line Service. In lieu of any other rates and or discounts, the Customer will pay fixed monthly recurring per-circuit charges ranging from $0.00 - to $1,900.00 250.00 and per per-circuit mile charges ranging from $0.00 to $8.75 2.00 with mileage ranging from 0 – 533+ 9,999 miles for DS-1, DS-3 Linear and OC-Linear DS-1 Interstate Private Line Service. Customer certifies that any private line circuit will carry more than 10% interstate traffic.

Interstate Private Line Service. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will pay fixed monthly recurring charges ranging from $0.00 - $1,900.00 and per mile per-circuit charges ranging from $0.00 to $8.75 with mileage 175.00 and per mile rates ranging from 0 – 533+ miles $0.00 to $0.45 for DS-1, DS-3 Linear and OC-Linear DS-1 Interstate Private Line Service. Mileage Band ranges from 0 to 1,000+. Customer certifies that any private line circuit will carry more than 10% interstate traffic.

Interstate Private Line Service. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, the Customer will pay fixed monthly recurring per circuit charges ranging from $0.00 - to $1,900.00 13,500 and per mile charges ranging from $0.00 to $8.75 49,000 for DS-0, DS-1, DS-3, OC-3, OC-12 and OC-48 Interstate Service with mileage ranging from 0 – 533+ miles for DS-1, DS-3 Linear and OC-Linear Interstate Private Line Service. Customer certifies that any private line circuit will carry more than 10% interstate trafficto 2,000+.

Interstate Private Line Service. In lieu of any other rates and or discounts, Customer will pay a fixed monthly recurring charges ranging from charge of $1,220.80 and a non-recurring charge of $0.00 - $1,900.00 and per mile charges ranging from $0.00 to $8.75 with mileage ranging from 0 – 533+ miles for DS-1, DS-3 Linear and OC-Linear DS-1 Interstate Private Line Service. Service at 1 NPA/NXX location pair mutually agreed upon by Customer certifies that any private line circuit will carry more than 10% interstate trafficand Company.

Interstate Private Line Service. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will pay fixed monthly recurring charges ranging from $0.00 - to $1,900.00 1,500.00 and per mile charges ranging from $0.00 to $8.75 4.00 with mileage ranging from 0 – 533500+ miles for DS-1, DS-3 Linear and OC-Linear Interstate Private Line Service. A minimum charge of $1,500.00 applies. Customer certifies that any private line circuit will carry more than 10% interstate traffic.

Interstate Private Line Service. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will pay fixed monthly recurring charges ranging from $0.00 - $1,900.00 and per mile charges ranging from $0.00 98 to $8.75 with mileage ranging from 0 – 533+ miles 1,146 for DS-1, DS-3 Linear and OC-Linear Interstate Private Line ServiceDS0/DDS at 11 Circuit IDs mutually agreed upon by Customer and Company. Customer certifies that any private line circuit will carry more than 10% interstate traffic.

Interstate Private Line Service. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, the Customer will pay a fixed monthly recurring charges ranging from IOC charge of $0.00 - 200 and a per-mile charge of $1,900.00 and per mile charges ranging from $0.00 to $8.75 with mileage ranging from 0 – 533+ miles 0.70 for DS-1, DS-3 Linear and OC-Linear DS-1 Interstate Private Line Service. Mileage bands range from 0 to 9,999. Customer certifies that any private line circuit will carry more than 10% interstate traffic.. Discounts:

Interstate Private Line Service. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will pay a fixed monthly recurring charges ranging from per circuit charge of $0.00 - $1,900.00 370 and per mile charges rates ranging from $0.00 to $8.75 0.65 for DS-1 Interstate Private Line Service with mileage ranging from 0 1 – 533570. The fixed charge for mileage of 571+ miles is not applicable. A Circuit Minimum of $370 per month for DS-1, DS-3 Linear and OC-Linear Interstate Private Line ServiceDS-1 is required. Customer certifies that any private line circuit will carry more than 10% interstate traffic.

Interstate Private Line Service. In lieu of any all other rates and discountspromotions, Customer will pay a fixed monthly recurring charges ranging from $0.00 - $1,900.00 and per mile charges ranging from charge of $0.00 to 255 based on a mileage band of 0-283 and a per mile rate of $8.75 with 0.90 based on a mileage ranging from 0 – 533+ band of 284 miles for DS-1, DS-3 Linear and OC-Linear DS-1 Interstate Private Line Service. Customer certifies that any private line circuit will carry more than 10% interstate traffic.

Interstate Private Line Service. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will pay fixed monthly recurring charges rates per mile ranging from $0.00 - $1,900.00 and per mile charges ranging from $0.00 2.00 to $8.75 3.50 for DS-3 Restorable or Linear Interstate Private Line Service with mileage ranging from 0 – 5332,000+ miles for DS-1, DS-3 Linear and OC-Linear Interstate Private Line Servicemiles.
