Intervals for Major Infrastructure Modifications. Where No Forecast is Provided – An unforecasted Collocation Application may require Qwest to complete major infrastructure modifications to accommodate CLEC’s specific requirements. CLEC may dispute the need for, and the duration of, an extended interval, in which case Qwest must request a waiver from the Commission to obtain an extended interval.
