Interview Rights. The Company shall provide any person who would otherwise be eligible to be a Qualified Candidate of any Unilever Group Member and who is designated in writing by the Unilever Stockholder with a reasonable opportunity to interview, at the Unilever Stockholder’s request and sole expense, any candidate being considered by the Compensation Committee for the position of Chief Executive Officer (other than ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇) or Chief Financial Officer (other than ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇) prior to his or her approval or election to such position by the Compensation Committee.
