Intimation. The Seller hereby intimates to the Mortgages Trustee the coming into effect of the trust hereby declared and created and the Mortgages Trustee by its execution of this deed immediately subsequent to the execution hereof by the Seller acknowledges such intimation.
Intimation. The Seller hereby intimates to the LLP the coming into effect of the trust hereby declared and created and the LLP by its execution of this deed immediately subsequent to the execution hereof by the Seller acknowledges such intimation.
Intimation. Northern Rock hereby undertakes to the Mortgages Trustee that it will, within fourteen days of the execution of this deed, serve a notice of assignation by recorded delivery post in such form as the Mortgage Trustee shall approve upon each of the Guarantors pursuant to each Scottish Guarantee.
Intimation. The Seller hereby intimates to the Issuer the coming into effect of the trust hereby declared and created and the Issuer, by its execution of this Deed immediately subsequent to the execution hereof by the Seller, acknowledges such intimation.
Intimation. The Offeror hereby intimates to the Receivables Trustee the coming into effect of the trust hereby declared and created and the Receivables Trustee by its execution hereof immediately subsequent to the execution of this Deed by the Offeror acknowledges such intimation.
Intimation. The creative designs shall be submitted electronically to Office of Patent Facilitation Licensing and Consultancy (OPFLC) using ‘DESIGN REGISTRATION FORM’ vide email at xxxxxx.xxxxx@xxxxxxxx.xxx.xx.
Intimation. (a) Notification to Company either at the Company’s call center or the Assistance Service Provider’s call center or in writing immediately and in any event within 7 days from the Date of Loss under which the Claim is made.
(b) It is agreed and understood that the following details are to be provided to the Company at the time of intimation of Claim:
(i) Policy Number;
(ii) Name of the Policyholder;
(iii) Name of the Insured Person in respect of whom the Claim is made;
(iv) Nature of the event;
(v) Name and address of the attending Medical Practitioner and Hospital, if applicable;
(vi) Date of admission to Hospital or date of loss, as applicable;
(vii) Any other information, documents or details requested by the Company or the Assistant Service Provider.
Intimation. The Originator hereby intimates to the Issuer the coming into effect of the trust hereby declared and created and the Issuer by its execution hereof immediately subsequent to the execution of this deed by the Originator acknowledges such intimation.
Intimation. The Originator hereby intimates to the Company the coming into effect of the trust hereby declared and created and the Company by its execution hereof immediately subsequent to the execution of this deed by the Originator acknowledges such intimation.
Intimation. The PROVIDER has to give the intimation 7 days prior to hospitalization for all the cases of joint replacement surgeries.
