Common use of Intimation Clause in Contracts

Intimation. The Seller hereby intimates to the Issuer the coming into effect of the trust hereby declared and created and the Issuer, by its execution of this Deed immediately subsequent to the execution hereof by the Seller, acknowledges such intimation.
