Common use of INTRABUILDING NETWORK CABLING Clause in Contracts

INTRABUILDING NETWORK CABLING. In addition to the items described in 11.1 above, Landlord shall also provide Tenant with access to a reasonable amount of INC. For purposes of this Section 11.3, a reasonable amount of INC shall not exceed six (6) cable pairs per one thousand (1,000) usable square feet of space in the Premises. If Tenant requires additional INC capacity, the cost of providing, maintaining, repairing and replacing such capacity shall be borne solely by Tenant. Additional INC capacity may only be installed, maintained, repaired and replaced by a contractor approved by Landlord, in Landlord's reasonable discretion. The Building's minimum point of entry ("MPOE") for telephone service, the INC risers and the telephone terminal rooms located on each floor of the Building may only be accessed with Landlord's prior consent and by contractors approved by Landlord, in Landlord's reasonable discretion. Tenant shall be responsible for any loss, cost, damage, liability and expense (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to the installation, maintenance, repair and replacement of additional INC capacity.
