The purpose of the Performance Management1/Continuous Process Improvement2 Strategic Sourcing initiative is to provide best value performance management and continuous process improvement (CPI) services to Federal agencies through a pool of highly qualified contractors. The resulting acquisition vehicle will be a GSA Schedule multiple award BPA. This acquisition solution also offers agencies the opportunity to obtain greater value from their performance management, strategic business related analyses and CPI service expenditures by sharing of best practices across the government, leveraging the requirements, streamlined ordering procedures and standardizing process improvements across the Federal Government.
