Common use of Introduction and Overview Clause in Contracts

Introduction and Overview. 1.1. The process to establish Deliverables for each request and Contractor engagement process are both identified in this Schedule 3. 1.2. Pursuant to the term of the Agreement, the County may (but is not obligated to) request the Services or portion thereof from the Contractor from time to time during the term of the Agreement. 1.3. Values expressed in this Schedule 3 are inclusive of all fees, costs and taxes except GST as applicable. 1.4. Each instance of the service is subject to the relevant process set out herein and unless prior written approval is given by the County, as specified by the relevant process, the Contractor shall not commence the Services or any portion thereof. 1.5. Services may be requested from the Contractor as per the process described in Section 2.0 below.
