INTRODUCTION OF GRASSES, PLANT, ANIMAL SPECIES OR EXOTICS. Except as expressly permitted by the terms of Exhibit D or to enhance, restore, , create, preserve or protect the Conservation Values of the Property, no seeding, planting, or introduction of grasses, clovers, or any other plant species is permitted. The intentional or reckless introduction of exotic plant or animal species that may in Grantee’s determination threaten to impair the Conservation Values of the Property is prohibited. Except as expressly permitted by the terms of Exhibit D or to enhance, restore, create, preserve, or protect the Conservation Values of the Property, the introduction of any non-native plant or non-native animal species is prohibited.

  • DEVELOPMENT OR ASSISTANCE IN DEVELOPMENT OF SPECIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS/ STATEMENTS OF WORK

  • CERTIFICATION OF NO ASBESTOS CONTAINING MATERIALS OR WORK 8.1 The Contractor shall be responsible for ensuring that no asbestos containing materials or work is included within the scope of the Work.   • Musculoskeletal Injury Prevention and Control The hospital in consultation with the Joint Health and Safety Committee (JHSC) shall develop, establish and put into effect, musculoskeletal prevention and control measures, procedures, practices and training for the health and safety of employees.

  • Completion of Concrete Pours and Emergency Work (a) Except as provided in this sub-clause an Employee shall nor work or be required to work in the rain. (b) Employees shall not be required to start a concrete pour in Inclement Weather. (c) Where a concrete pour has been commenced prior to the commencement of a period of Inclement Weather Employees may be required to complete such concrete pour to a practical stage and for such work shall be paid at the rate of double time calculated to the next hour, and in the case of wet weather shall be provided with adequate wet weather gear. (d) If an Employee’s clothes become wet as a result of working in the rain during a concrete pour the Employee shall, unless the Employee has a change of dry working clothes available, be allowed to go home without loss of pay. (e) The provisions of clauses 32.7(c) and 32.7(d) hereof shall also apply in the case of emergency work where the Employees concerned and their delegates agree that the work is of an emergency nature and can start and/or proceed.

  • RE-WEIGHING PRODUCT Deliveries are subject to re- weighing at the point of destination by the Authorized User. If shrinkage occurs which exceeds that normally allowable in the trade, the Authorized User shall have the option to require delivery of the difference in quantity or to reduce the payment accordingly. Such option shall be exercised in writing by the Authorized User.

  • Smoke Free Environment The Lessor shall make all parts of the leased premise smoke-free. "

  • DISCLOSURE OF TBS ACCESS CODE TO THIRD PARTY (a) The Account Holder must exercise all care to ensure that the TBS Access Code is not disclosed to any person and shall take all steps to prevent forgery or fraud in connection with the use of his TBS Access Code and/or the operation of the TBS. If the TBS Access Code is disclosed to any person, the Account Holder must forthwith give the Bank written notice thereof, thereupon the Account Holder shall immediately cease to use the TBS Access Code. (b) Unless and until the Bank receives such written notice of disclosure, the Account Holder shall be fully liable and be bound by all transactions effected by the use of such TBS, with or without his consent or knowledge.

  • Access to Work District representatives shall at all times have access to the Work, wherever it is, in preparation or in progress. Contractor shall provide safe and proper facilities for such access.

  • Selection of Subcontractors, Procurement of Materials and Leasing of Equipment The contractor shall not discriminate on the grounds of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age or disability in the selection and retention of subcontractors, including procurement of materials and leases of equipment. The contractor shall take all necessary and reasonable steps to ensure nondiscrimination in the administration of this contract. a. The contractor shall notify all potential subcontractors and suppliers and lessors of their EEO obligations under this contract. b. The contractor will use good faith efforts to ensure subcontractor compliance with their EEO obligations.
