Introduction of New Curricula. a. When new curriculum is being introduced into the school district, it shall be the responsibility of the Board, in consultation with the Association and employees affected, to plan for and implement such curriculum. b. The Board and the Association agree that teachers are key agents in the implementation of educational change.
