Common use of Introduction of New Evidence Clause in Contracts

Introduction of New Evidence. No new witnesses, testimony, or other evidence may be introduced at Level Three. If new witnesses, testimony, or other evidence emerge prior to Level Three, the grievance will be remanded to Level Two for the purpose of hearing such evidence and rendering a decision at that level.
