Withdrawal Limitations. The Bank may refuse to allow you to withdraw funds from any account if the Bank has a good faith reason to do so, including, for example: (i) there is a dispute about the account or regarding the authority of anyone to transact business on the account; (ii) we received a legal garnishment, attachment, execution, court order, or other legal document that limits withdrawals; (iii) all or part of your account is pledged as collateral for a debt or is otherwise assigned; (iv) the Bank has taken the funds to repay a loan from the Bank or pay a debt to the Bank; (v) any required document that we require, or that the law requires, has not been presented to us; (vi) a depositor is deceased; or (vii) a deposit has not yet been collected or is not yet available for withdrawal.
Withdrawal Limitations. The member may withdraw and use from the sick leave bank during the school year not more than twice the number of days accrued prior to the beginning of the work year or twenty-four (24) days, whichever is greater. Notwithstanding, the member shall not withdraw and use more than sixty (60) days during the work year.

The Bank may refuse to allow a withdrawal from any account if the Bank has a good faith reason to do so, including, for example: (1) there is a dispute about your account or regarding the authority of an authorized person to transact business on your account; (2) we received a legal garnishment, attachment, court order, or other legal document that does not enable us to permit the withdrawal; (3) all or part of your account is pledged as collateral for a debt or otherwise assigned; (4) the withdrawal would consist of money that the Bank has taken to pay an overdue debt to the Bank; (5) any required documentation, item, or identification that we require, or the law requires, in connection with the withdrawal, has not been presented to us;
Withdrawal Limitations. The General Partner, in its sole discretion, may limit withdrawals by Limited Partners and the payment of withdrawal proceeds, if the General Partner determines that effecting such withdrawals on normal terms would adversely impact the remaining Limited Partners due to a disrupted market environment for liquidating assets of the Onshore Partnership at reasonable prices. The payments of withdrawal proceeds will also be limited and the withdrawal process set forth in this Section 5.02(a)(iii) is subject to the Onshore Partnership’s ability to limit or restrict withdrawal payments, including a holdback for audit purposes and as set forth in Section 5.07(b) and Section 5.07(c), and accordingly, a withdrawal request may take longer than twelve (12) months to be satisfied in full.
Withdrawal Limitations. The member may withdraw from the Sick Leave Bank during the school year up to twice the number of sick leave days accrued prior to the entry on duty date of the school year, or twenty-four (24) days, whichever is greater, if such days are available in the Bank. 1006 Balance Limitations The total number of days in the Sick Leave Bank shall not exceed the current number of members in the bank in that school year or one hundred (100) days, whichever is greater. In the event that the number of days contributed under Sections 1004.1 and 1004.2 would cause the balance to exceed the number of members in the bank in that school year, the excess shall immediately be deleted. Such days deleted shall not be refunded to the contributing members or to the Sick Leave Bank.
Withdrawal Limitations. We allow withdrawals only when your account has an available balance sufficient to cover the entire amount of the withdrawal, except as otherwise stated in the Overdrafts section of this agreement. If there are sufficient available funds to cover some, but not all, of your withdrawals, we may clear those withdrawals for which there are sufficient available funds in any order at our discretion. All of your accounts are subject to our right to require advance notice of any withdrawal as provided in our Bylaws.
Withdrawal Limitations. No withdrawal shall be permitted until the withdrawing party has made provision for the full repayment of any obligations issued to finance or refund the financing of any portion of the system for which the withdrawing party has responsibility and previously approved as provided in Article 5, Section 2, subdivision 2 of this Agreement.

Withdrawal Limitations. In addition to any other limitations set forth for each service herein, all check withdrawals not requested in person will be made payable to the primary member and mailed to the address of record.
Withdrawal Limitations. We allow withdrawals only if your account has an available balance sufficient to cover the entire amount of the withdrawal, or if you have set up an Overdraft Protection Plan or you have Courtesy Pay or Courtesy Pay for Debit. Drafts, other transfers, or payment orders drawn against an insufficient available balance may be subject to fees in accordance with our Service Fee Schedule, which is incorporated into this Membership and Account Agreement by reference. Fees may be assessed each time a transaction is presented, even if a transaction is rejected and presented for payment again. You agree your account may be charged a non-sufficient funds (NSF) fee when we return or reject transactions presented or submitted against your account that would exceed your available balance. You understand and agree a transaction you authorized (including, but not limited to, a check or electronic funds transfer) may be presented or submitted to us multiple times and you could be charged multiple NSF fees if we return or reject the transaction multiple times. If there are sufficient available funds to cover some, but not all, of your withdrawals, we may clear those withdrawals for which there are sufficient available funds in any order at our discretion. All of your accounts are subject to MSUFCU’s right to require advance notice of any withdrawal as provided in the Bylaws.
