Common use of Introduction of Regulations Clause in Contracts

Introduction of Regulations. The Landlord reserves the right from time to time and by notice in writing to the Tenant to make and introduce and subsequently amend adopt or abolish if necessary such rules and regulations (“Regulations”) as it may consider necessary for the control of use of parking spaces, fitting-out and the access operation management and maintenance of the Building and/or the Development as a first class development and for the compliance of the relevant laws regulations or requirements imposed by the competent authorities.

Introduction of Regulations. The Landlord reserves the right for itself and/or for the building manager from time to time and by notice in writing to the Tenant to make and introduce and subsequently amend adopt adapt or abolish if necessary such rules and regulations (“Regulations”) Regulations as it may consider necessary for the control better operation and management of the commercial part of the said building as office premises and/or for the use of parking spaces, fitting-out the carpark in the said building and/or its recreational areas and the access operation management and maintenance of the Building and/or the Development as a first class development and for the compliance of the relevant laws regulations or requirements imposed by the competent authoritiesoutdoor facilities.

The Landlord reserves the right from time to time and by notice in writing to the Tenant to make and introduce and subsequently amend adopt or abolish if necessary such rules and regulations including but not limited to the Users’ Handbook and Fit-out Instruments (altogether, the “Regulations”) as it may consider necessary for the control of use of parking spaces, fitting-out and the access operation management and maintenance of the Building and/or the Development Nexus Center as a first class development office building and for the compliance of the relevant laws regulations or requirements imposed by the competent authorities.
