Introduction of Regulations. The Landlord reserves the right from time to time and by notice in writing to the Tenant to make and introduce and subsequently amend adopt or abolish if necessary such rules and regulations (“Regulations”) as it may consider necessary for the control of use of parking spaces, fitting-out and the access operation management and maintenance of the Building and/or the Development as a first class development and for the compliance of the relevant laws regulations or requirements imposed by the competent authorities.
