XX and NVJ, parties to the collective labour agreement, have agreed an Introductory Project for General Interest Magazine Journalists and Opinion Weekly Journalists (PUOP), to be achieved in 2015. The Fund envisages offering young school leavers of journalist study programmes work experience jobs for 6 to 9 months in publishing companies with employees who work in jobs covered by the job classification system for General Interest Magazine Journalists and Opinion Weekly Journalists.
